I rented an apartment through Leaders Ipswich and I am more than happy to give feedback based on my experience. Truly one of the most professional estate agencies without exception that have been fortunate to have dealt with. The Leaders representative Tyler, was there at every stage of the process providing outstanding coordination and communication, backed by an office team to give key information when needed and more, delivering a ‘one stop shop’ for essential services when moving home. I have recently had Abi take over the full management of my property. I can honestly say she has been the most efficient and professional person that has managed our property in the last 17yrs. She has been super organised and very quick at dealing with various issues which has been great as we live overseas. We have had to renovate from top to bottom of the property and she has got lots of quotes for us in a timely fashion and organised other quotes when I have asked for them. Highly recommend Abi.
