Which means alot to me as a single mum off 3 working full time trying to get a forever home for me and the boys . And he helped with this . And couldn't thank him enough

The property management has been extremely satisfactory as well, with Sarah helping me with issues as soon as its been logged and working to get it fixed at the earliest. Highly recommend!

Absolutely diabolical experience with the ipswich branch, from lettings agents who never return calls to managers who aren't forthcoming and honest to a property manager who acts solely on the behalf of the landlord and not in your interest, in particular Abigail I've never had such an upsetting and disgusting experience than dealing with this person, condescending and has the worse attitude when dealing with tenants it's almost unbelievable this person has this position, making accusations and decisions about a property without even visiting the tenants or the property once. In huge contrast however another property manager Vanessa couldn't be more opposite, absolutely wonderful property manager who takes time to visit properties and the tenants when issues arrise and acting in the interest of both the landlord and the tenants as property managers should do. I will say the Woodbridge branch have terrific staff, lettings agents and an assistant manager who genuinely tries to resolve issues. I would on the whole however never recommend this company

We have just moved out of a Leaders managed property after almost 6 years. We have always had a good service from them and any issues have been responded to promptly and efficiently. Abi has been our property manager for a while now and has been brilliant, especially with helping us to navigate the moving out process. We were buying a house and had some uncertainty around notice period/completion dates and she really helped to take the stress out of ending our tenancy. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was able to get responses from our landlord quickly. A great service. Thank you Abi.

Extremely unprofessional and discourteous experience. The agency refused to speak over the phone and offered no real communication throughout. As soon as they discovered a five-year-old credit issue, I was abruptly dismissed with no explanation, no support, and no follow-up. I was bluntly told, “There’s nothing we can do for you,” and that was it, no empathy or basic courtesy. I felt completely disregarded and disrespected. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I wouldn’t trust them to handle anything responsibly. Shocking customer service. Avoid.

Hello my name is Susan I have had some contact With logan today from the ipswich branch of leeders. Such a lovley man he is. So professional. He listened to me and reassured me that me getting a one bedroom place may be possible and he will try his best for me. He spoke camly to me and nothing was a problem and he really listened. He is sending me photos of properties by email and leading me to decide. Some of the people working in estate agents can be very abrupt with you Which I hve definately experienced Sadly. I would definately give logan 10 out of 10 today. For his customer service is amazing. If you need a good sales advisor ring up Leeders and logan is the man to talk to.
