GoogleGood all round buying experience helped by the fact that all aspects of house purchase such as conveyancing and mortgage advice can be done under one roof. I found all of the team that i had dealings with in the Ipswich branch namely Lauren, Neil, Patrick and Jamie to all be very friendly, helpful and efficient and would not hesitate in using their services again in the future

GoogleHaart Ipswich are helpful and easy to get in touch with. The tenant portal doesn't always work as expected but they are aware of this and pick up queries quickly via phone or email. Bettina is our main point of contact and is friendly and professional.

GoogleHarts Ipswich arranged the rental of a one bedroom flat for me, they have been incredibly efficient right from the start, finding the tenancy, working through documentation & dealing with problems. When we had to end the tenancy suddenly, they have been exceptional in finding a new tenant. 5 stars for professionalism.

GoogleWe have rented a property last year managed by Haart lettings Ipswich we have found them incapable of getting the landlord to rectify any of the reported faults on the property put right. These include broken down fencing, blocked drainage, broken dishwasher, and others. We have been chasing constantly to no avail. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
