GoogleThe original meeting at my late mothers house went really well. We agreed to using Haarts estate agent for our sale. You sold our house in 3 DAYS....excellent, we were so impressed! My instructions at that first meeting was “not to put a for sale board up as the house as it was was not occupied.” The board was put straight up!! Despite ringing and being assured that the sign would be taken down immediately, it took 4 days to take down, then a Sold sign was put up!, I took it down myself and informed your office where it was. It was still there 4 days later!, Another phone call to you! I also was a little disappointed that I had to keep ringing you for updates. Two calls taken by your answer service were not returned. Overall, the speed of the sale was brilliant, but a few tweaks needed with communication. Kind Regards Teresa

Whenever, I have asked for assistance it is always provided no matter which member of staff you ask. Without doubt a close knit team who always go above and beyond the call of duty.
