The process of renting and documentation was second to none, couldn't be more impressed, however when I moved in, the property was a huge mess, there were thick black marks on the floor and the place needed a deep clean, all of this was promised to be resolved prior to move in, yet nothing came of it, loads of good work now shattered by their property management capabilities and false promises.
