Thank you for your feedback Lorraine. We are sorry you feel this way. We note from our files that we achieved a successful sale of your property very close to the asking price in just 4 weeks. Your offer was successful on another of our properties and things were set to proceed. You then withdrew that offer and offered on another property with another agent and informed us that you were having to take your tenant to court and it would take 3 months or so and to put everything on hold until this was done. All throughout this time we have records of telephone calls, answerphone messages and emails to yourself. Sometimes it was difficult to speak in person due to your job of course but we always left messages or sent emails. After some weeks of leaving messages and emails we did not get any response at all from you other than one final one to say that you were removing your property for sale as circumstances had changed. We feel that we did everything possible to keep in contact with you through difficult times. We are, as always, happy to discuss matters further and would invite you to contact us on 01473 721133 to discuss.
