Absolut shocking treatment! Unfortunately not able to give 0 stars as this would be more appropriate. I have made an offer on a property and Kevin one of the team member made fun of me with comments like: if it would be this price I would have bought it myself and I don't want to waste time by back and forth offer..who are you to treat people like this?!?!? I am shocked!!!!!! Keep away from this agency if you don't want to be treated like less worth! This Kevin should do everyone a favour and quit the job absolut disrespectful!

Cannot recommend Foxhall Estate Agents enough, absolutely amazing service from a lovely company! Unlike the big corporate companies, they are responsive, always there to help and answer any questions that you have! Emma was incredible from start to finish! Our house went on the market Monday and they sold it by Tuesday lunchtime! Can’t thank them enough!!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I called twice to view a 2 bed flat on Compair Crescent and was told they call me back to arrange the viewing with me which never happened. After one day I saw they marked the property STC. I wonder how this sale went through? Do they have …

Wonderful people and excellent service. They have helped us through a number of house sales and I would have no hesitation in recommending them every time for an efficient, friendly service. Brilliant.

Very disappointed 😞 Lack of constructive feedback provided, felt the 'team' were very disjointed in their communication, poor customer service and no help whatsoever! We would not recommend these estate agents - so glad our house did not sell so didn't have to pay them! …

The people at Foxhall have been magnificent. We were selling our mother's house in Kesgrave whilst living in Sheffield so the whole relationship was at a distance. They could not have supported us through this difficult time better. We were kept informed by email and telephone message of all developments as they happened and they were always on hand by telephone to discuss and resolve issues.

From start to finish, Jonathan Waters and his team at Foxhall Estate Agents have been thoroughly professional and friendly. The advice we received from them gained the best result for which we could have ever hoped. We would absolutely recommend Foxhall Estate Agents wholeheartedly.

Foxhall sold our property quickly, after it being with another agent for 5 months previous. Their communication throughout was excellent, notably Sigourney, who was professional and always at the end of the phone. Would highly recommend.

Called to arrange a viewing, sadly they wouldn't arrange one unless I provided an email. Told them I did not want to provide one because these types of companies send tons of spam. They refused to set it up without one, so I called another agency also representing the same home and set it up with them without having to provide an email.

Having been through the ordeal of selling a house several times, I was looking for an estate agent that would lessen the stress. Little did I realise what commitment Foxhall have: completely stress-free! A combination of them being with you every step of the way; really listening to what you want and need; and their superb professional advice (proper advice - no scare mongering or pushing to get a sale!) and some of the most genuinely lovely people you could ever hope to deal with. A real pleasure to do business with. Almost wish I was selling again it was such a good experience! Good luck Foxhall - not that you need it!!

A local gem in an industry that sometimes has a questionable reputation. Professional and knowledgeable from initial enquiry all the way through to exchange, not pushy at any stage, and friendly whenever we did speak. No doubt they will be my first choice whenever the time comes to sell the property on again. Many thanks again!

I have always used Foxhall Estate Agents. Get such good service and attention to detail etc. So it’s always a no brainer when I decide to move who to go to. Just sold another house with them. 10/10 for the whole team as always. Thanks everyone.

I know estate agents have a language all their own that we have to decipher but this lot are guilty of some egregious lapses of reality. Here in suburban and rural Suffolk, home of many picturesque little villages to put up listings describing the modern, mostly new build estate, fully incorporated town of Kesgrave as 'the delightful village of Kesgrave' is not an indicator that much of what follows can be trusted. They should know better as they have just opened a branch in the arcade that's part of the Tesco superstore. Every village has one of those right?!

The Foxhall team are truly the best agents in Suffolk. They go above and beyond all expectations while treating you with immense kindness, nothing is too much trouble for them. I couldn't have done it without them and would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Foxhall you're SIMPLY THE BEST.

Had an excellent experience with Chris visiting our two properties during a really sensitive period, Chris engaged with my wife and mother, putting them at ease while visiting the properties and advising of his thoughts. The communication from the first phone call to post visit calls and emails have been excellent and well tailored to our needs and requirements, very personal and yet professional service. Thanks you

We recently bought through Foxhall estate agents and found them to be very helpful. They arranged a 2nd visit for us once our offer was accepted and waited very patiently so we could take measurements, etc, as the vendor was unable to be there. We had regular phone calls to check how things were progressing- they were always friendly and polite. The chocolates and card were a nice touch when we got the keys.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
