GoogleI know estate agents have a language all their own that we have to decipher but this lot are guilty of some egregious lapses of reality. Here in suburban and rural Suffolk, home of many picturesque little villages to put up listings describing the modern, mostly new build estate, fully incorporated town of Kesgrave as 'the delightful village of Kesgrave' is not an indicator that much of what follows can be trusted. They should know better as they have just opened a branch in the arcade that's part of the Tesco superstore. Every village has one of those right?!

GoogleWe recently bought through Foxhall estate agents and found them to be very helpful. They arranged a 2nd visit for us once our offer was accepted and waited very patiently so we could take measurements, etc, as the vendor was unable to be there. We had regular phone calls to check how things were progressing- they were always friendly and polite. GoogleFriendly to speak to but appalling customer service. They’ve broken the law, broken my tenancy, failed to communicate even the basic of messages. Gained unauthorised access to my property multiple times in less than a month. Really frustrated with this office and it’s staff. I don’t recommend them.
