Kevin got the sales strategy spot on and we sold for what he recommended (which was also what we were expecting) within a short time frame. GoogleWorst Estate Agent I've ever dealt with. Stupidly went with them as they were the most local...awful service, terrible photos and representation of the property. Tied into contract. Was so annoyed, I took off the market completely until contract was finished. Advertised with another agent who were BRILLIANT - great photos, lots of interest, and sold within 1 day at over full asking price. My advice would be - DON'T DO IT!!!! To confirm this, phone them a few times to see how many times they answer the phone. Buyers could be easily put off with an agent not answering the phone!! Thank you for your review. We are of course disappointed to read that you are unhappy, however we very confused as to who you are. Your account of our services is not one that we recognise and indeed cannot find any such property on our systems. Before going live with any property we not only go through very carefully with the vendor all of the marketing, brochure, floorplan and pictures within the first few days to make sure it is exactly how the vendor would like the property represented but always take great pride, care and attention to these and indeed for legal reasons it has to truly represent the property that is being sold. This also happens well within the first 14 days cooling off period for our contracts so no one would ever be tied in at this stage. We note that you have not chosen to give a glowing review of the estate agent that you say helped you sell your house in one day over asking price. This also seems odd in the light of how brilliant you say they are. GoogleWe had a very disappointing experience with the staff. When we submitted an offer for a property via email, instead of receiving a professional response, we were contacted in a disrespectful manner.
As a buyer, I expect to be able to make an offer freely, but it felt like they were trying to pressure me into offering the amount they preferred. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional and discouraging.
