GoogleI was looking for a house . After endless paperworks and form ... also i suppose to provide grantor who has 5 house in ipswich . So whats happend ??? 2 weeks for final result... i dont think this should work this way . If you dont want as eligible for home i can understand!! But why alll those paperwork . Just say no . This is the reason to put 1 star . But minimun someone cared to reply . So going to change the points .

GoogleWorst real estate agents.. highly unprofessional and unethical people...We had finalized an appartment and they took 1 week to do a background verification.. once completed we were asked to move in.. on the move in day they tell us that we ll have to wait one more week for the appartment.. the next day they pulled the plug and informed us that the owner is not interested in letting the appartment on rent.. the same day we see the same rental advertisement with the move in date pushed to 1 week..

We were equally frustrated at the situation because as explained, it was not our decision, it was the landlords decision not to proceed and we have to act on their instructions. We regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience although felt we acted in a very professional manner at all times and kept you fully informed. We explained from the outset that the initial referencing process can take 3-5 working days and all our dealings were within a timely manner including refunding all monies paid immediately. We also, offered alternative properties that did not suit your requirements so were unable to assist any further with this unfortunate situation. GoogleI was a tenant with this team for nearly 3.5years. Wonderful team of agents. Smooth onboarding and exit processes. They were always prompt with responses to queries and helped sort out any issues that cropped up during the tenancy. Professional and considerate. Would rent with them again.

GoogleOne star only for their front line viewing agents as they were lovely and helpful. But office staff is unprofessional, there is no clear communication with client or even within the staff. Can't complain about their behaviour because the Senior most staff is always on annual leave as I was told Everytime I tried to reach her. Had a horrible experience. Wasted a whole month because of miscommunication.
I am sorry that you feel like you have had a negative experience with Belvoir Ipswich although upon further investigation it does appear that your hesitation in deciding on which property you wanted to proceed with was a big part of the issue here. I am sure most tenants looking to move at this time can appreciate, the market is moving extremely quickly so the slightest hesitation can unfortunately be the difference between being accepted for a property or not. I see that you had been accepted for a property that you had applied for but unfortunately it turned out to not be what you were looking for. GoogleThe staff at Primedale were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Our house purchase hit a few glitches along the way but Primedale worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. They dealt promptly not only with our queries but also in liaising with the conveyancers and other agents involved in the chain. I would recommend Primedale, based on my own experience.

GoogleWe recently used Primedale Residential Sales in Ipswich to purchase our new home. We found them to be very accommodating on viewings and allowed us to take our time when looking round. No hard sell and we were we able to talk or e-mail to the same person so we always had the same point of contact. A good experience.
