GoogleI am so grateful to Ashley and the team at Belvoir for their assistance with the sale of my flat this year. Ashley was professional and responsive. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at any point. Communion was always prompt and clear. I would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone.

GoogleBe prepared to pester.we were letting a property through belvoir for a few years and every time we had a problem with the property and needed to get in contact it would take ages to hear any response from them let alone any action. One of our favourites was when our shower developed a leak that was directly over the kitchen light and we were told to not use the shower untill it was sorted (would be acceptable if it wasn't 8 weeks to get it sorted to a poor standard) many other things they wouldn't even bother to respond to unless we emailed them daily in order to be a big enough nuisance to warrant a reply. belvoir Ipswich is such a joke that when it came to look for a new property seeing one rented through them it was an immediate turn off. Avoid like the plague

We recently sold our property through them and from the valuation, to the listing and dealing with viewings they were awesome. As the sale started to progress Ashleys knowledge and experience really put us at ease and helped things move along. The estate agent for our onward purchase were of the online type and I have to say it was a pretty impersonal experience largely dealing with a different person in a call centre every time. If you're a seller I urge you, don't go with an online agent go with someone you can pick up the phone to or send an email or go and see if you must. You won't regret it. Belvoir Ipswich were first class

GoogleI used Belvoir to help sell my late mums house last year. Unfortunately it has taken a little time to sell, it needed the right person to buy it and put the love back and make it a home again. Thankfully Ashley and his staff with their patience and determination found just that person recently. Nothing ever seemed to much trouble for this team when called even with the smallest query. These guys have been so polite and friendly right from the word go. Thanks very much to you all.

They addressed any queries I raised promptly and Ashley was always more than willing to spend time talking through the sales process in person on the few occasions I dropped into the office. I also use Belvoir to manage a rental property and have always been satisfied with the level of service received.

Direct reviewsI have used Belvoir previously to find new tenants for my rental property. The service I received back then was excellent, so had no hesitation in using Belvoir again. The service this time around has been fantastic; emails and correspondence replied to in a very timely manner with nothing too much trouble. As any landlord can imagine, the process can sometimes be quite stressful to find new tenants, but Belvoir makes the whole process quite straightforward. Good service these days is quite hard to find and I'm grateful for their professionalism. With special thanks to Ashley (Branch Manager) and Maddie.

I rent through Belvoir and Clare Ward runs our inspection. The only way you would know she has been is the compliment slip left on our table, she leaves the property as she left it. Clare is a very nice lady too

Because these agents pollute google with their phone number for everything Ipswich agent related. My wife accidentally rang them thinking they were our agent. They even told her they were YourIpswich when she asked to confirm. They told here that they didn't have any hose on their books at the address she enquired about. (Which was true, luckily. The problem is, they had already mislead her that they were our estate agents. They were rude, misleading and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Shame on you Belvoir!

We have a number of properties in the area and when seeking a new agent, we sent a detailed questionnaire to quite a few. Belvoir responded promptly and accurately, providing exactly the information that we needed for our evaluation; very impressive. After making our shortlist, the interview gave a further excellent impression with knowledgeable staff who were keen to help, and we soon agreed terms. There are three of us in the partnership, and the decision was unanimous and instant. The transfer of all tenancies went flawlessly, despite the previous agent "getting the huff" and arriving in Belvoir's office to deposit keys and documents with no appointment and no notice at all. The team at Belvoir coped magnificently. We have found every aspect of dealing with Belvoir to be efficient, pleasant and simple. What's more, our tenant have reported that they are pleased and impressed too, so everyone is happy. We would not hesitate to recommend Belvoir Ipswich.

GoogleTried making an appointment for a viewing, never got an email back so I had to call multiple times to even get it verified because they couldn't find the appointment on their agenda etc. Have called them over 5 times to finally get it sorted. I get a message this morning that the appointment has been cancelled so I call them up about it and the only thing they say is "yes it has been cancelled." Without any reasoning or anything. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion.
