It’s rare that I write reviews for companies unless there is something bad I’ve experienced that I want to warn others about. HOWEVER, with Ashley and his team at BELVOIR IPSWICH this is the totally opposite case. I’m going to put the next line in bold because I cannot emphasise it enough. IN MY EXPERIENCED OPINION ASHLEY AND HIS TEAM AT BELVOIR IPSWICH ARE AN UNDISCOVERED GEM WITHIN THE ESTATE AGENCY WORLD OF IPSWICH. IF I COULD RATE THEM TEN STARS I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD. I say experienced opinion because in the long time (2 years) I attempted to sell my property it wasn’t without its stresses and upsets. Quite frankly at the hands of all other Ipswich estate Agents (EXCEPT BELVOIR) it’s been one of the most painful and distressing experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I must’ve tried at least 8 estate agencies who either didn’t value my business, down right blatantly lied and misled me or just made no interest in selling my property. No word of a lie. It must’ve been 8 estate agents. BUT NOT BELVOIR IPSWICH. Belvoir Ipswich were the only estate agent that I stayed with throughout the whole process. They bar far brought me the most viewings and offers too. The support, honesty and listening they brought to the task cannot be overstated. Initially yes, there was one very minor teething problem with Belvoir. But, Ashley and his team at Belvoir Ipswich listened, took on board what I said and acted. There was never a single problem ever after. I seriously cannot over state the value of having Ashley’s support and guidance throughout the whole process. Even when I sold through a different agent Ashley was still there, telling me to go back to him if I needed advice. He was always honest with me and more importantly kept me up to date every single week on what was going on with the marketing, even if it was just to say “nothing of significance to report this week”. Almost two solid years Ashley and his team kept up their weekly dedication to keeping me informed and marketing my property. They are simply BRILLIANT. The irony of the whole situation is that when I went into the Belvoir office after such awful experience at the hands of my first two agencies, I was reluctant and wasn’t confident Belvoir were right for the job. I’m so glad that this once I didn’t trust the devil on my shoulder because Belvoir Ipswich are so far ahead of all the other Ipswich agents In terms of honesty, drive and support they’re practically in space compared to all the other shoddy, dishonest and lazy estate agents in Ipswich. And yes that’s most of them. Please do not under estimate how much I implore you to use Belvoir Ipswich when you next want to sell your property. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I HAVE SAID IT ONCE AND LET SAYS IT AGAIN - ASHLEY AND HIS TEAM AT BEVLOIR IPSWICH REALLY ARE AN UNDISCOVERED GEM IN THE ROUGH OF IPSWICH ESTATE AGENTS. Ashley and Justin, I will never be able to offer you enough thanks for the service you offered. My only regret is that another agent popped you to the post in selling my property. Pleased with the service I have received so far, at the start of a 12 month tenancy. The Belvoir staff have been responsive to my queries. A couple of comments: in view of the current shortage of rental properties, my house was very popular and I was able to choose a tenant that seems most likely to be able to afford the rent, although some of the applicants as put forward by Belvoir, while satisfying the initial financial criteria, did not appear to me to be able to continue paying such a high proportion of their income for the period of the tenancy. Secondly, I was not sufficiently aware that nowadays the tenancy must be in the names of the current owners and this proved a hindrance in that I did not realise I needed to chase my solicitor to make the required changes to the property register before the tenancy agreement could be drawn up. In summary, Belvoir staff were very good with regard to showing the property to potential tenants and arranging to have maintenance tasks carried out to prepare the property for a tenant (such as extra smoke alarms and removing excess furniture) but a bit more information regarding the actions I needed to take to facilitate timely administration would have been helpful.

Me and my fiancée have just recently brought our first house together we knew from hearing from other friends and family that moving house can be rather stressful and at times with regards to the solicitors things didn't go to plan as wanted but however having 'Ashley Evans' from Ipswich branch deal with us he really made things run smoothly always making sure things were ok with us and the move itself and on track and he was absolutely fantastic with support and guidance when needed as went the extra mile and more to help get things in order when they weren't always going to plan from solicitors point of view got in touch with them to help get things finished sooner which worked wondered such a top bloke and said he was always only a phone call away if anything we wanted answered or an email and apart from when busy out of the office soon as he was back in he got back to us soon as so overall my opinion of Belviour company Ipswich branch and of Ashley Evan especially is 100% brilliant customer service and if the time ever comes again to move would be the easiest choice what estate agents to use Belviour Ipswich all the way!!! Ashley dealt with the sale of my house. It could have been very stressful as I was having some work on the house done during this time and was living over 200 miles away. The Belvoir team were superb, Ashley went above and beyond the call of duty doing things from checking and reporting back on the progress of the builders, to collecting up any mail while the house was empty to sending me my final meter readings. It really felt like I had a friend on the ground for me while I couldn't be there. Their fees were reasonable and the peace of mind was priceless. I also used their services as a landlord some time ago and the same level of service and reassurance was provided.

We recently used Primedale to sell our house in Ipswich. Excellent service and genuine, useful advice. The obvious experience and competence was refreshing and reassuring to comparative novices in the property market like us! We were quoted an excellent fixed fee price, a good set of details was produced and they took a lot of photos - even retaking a couple when they found that a slightly open cupboard spoiled the shot. Our property went up on the web (usual places, Right Move etc.) and we had five viewing requests leading to three full asking price offers within 24 hours. Primedale also organised the EPC and passed on the keys to the purchaser on completion. They answered a number of questions we had during the process quickly and professionally. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them.

We have just finished our 20

We have just finished our 20 month tennancy through Belvoir having now bought a house. Our overall experice was excellent, Lee and Jenna were friendly and extremely helpful from day 1. Any issues that arose with the house with regards to maintenance were dealt with very quickly and with the minumum of fuss. Inspections were always very fairly dealth with and took place at intervals sufficeintly apart that they didnt feel intrusive. There was no kind of ridiculous check in / check out or other extortionate fees that other leeting agents such as the previous letting agency I was renting through (JSM) and in comparison with JSM I had the genuine feeling that the agents were representing both the interests of tennants and landlords rather than just the latter. This would extend to receiving deposit back (which was repaid in full) within a week of us moving out. All in all an excellent service from Belvoir.

My first and still existing rent is from Belvoir, to me they are the best agency, they make sure the house are inspected on regular basis as stated on the contract.., no issues since I moved to my rented apartment from them. If I will be buying my own apartment sooner or later, it will definitely be from them. They show love to people regardless of their background.
