GoogleWithout doubt the most unprofessional letting business !! Not only did they put in a new cooker before asking my permission, they also went for an expensive one at £576 plus installation. The previous cooker had two broken rings that apparently couldn’t be fixed, and it was only about 8 years old. They have made totally unnecessary like this before without my permission, and as I live elsewhere I don’t know else to go. This is not the way to run a business !!

GoogleAvoid at all cost . In the 7 years I was renting with them they viewed the property 5 times would send letters out to say they would come I would wait in and they would never show up . Sent a letter to tell me my rent was going up and the landlord showed up and my door one day told me it would not be going up . Don’t give back your deposit either even though you looked after the property for a long time . Avoid, tailor made moves are amazing go with them

GoogleGreat and very responsive when letting a property out to you, though they did present the lease for me to sign with the rent £ 30 per month more than advertised. This was apparently just a mistake and I only had to wait 10 minutes or so for a new lease to be printed with the correct rental payment. Very happy taking your money. When it comes to any issues or moving out however, it all goes horribly wrong. Emails ignored, no response to queries about final rent payment. Didn't turn up for pre-move out appointment then claim everything needs professional cleaning at key handover. Even claiming that their reps own wet footprints will need to be cleaned off the floor out of my deposit. The property took 6 hours to clean properly when I moved in which was reported but little said about it, and was much cleaner on exit. Still cannot believe the rep that inspected the place had the audacity to tell me I was liable for own wet footprints because it was raining and that was just "unfortunate".

GoogleUseless. Viewed property with girl who spent whole time playing with her phone. Submitted application form next day. Got no confirmation of receipt. Was told someone would be in touch regarding referencing, still waiting. After the fourth time of contacting them, i was told that someone else had got flat and that my application hadn't actually been processed. I had two of my family viewing property with me that day and once we left everyone commented on how unprofessional and uninterested the girl showing us round was. Would not recommend. Wouldn't allow zero stars

GoogleBe very wary of any landlord or letting agent that wants to charge for credit and reference checks, this is not legal and should not be charged to the potential tenant. £60 saved here. Also no consideration for anyone who may already be in rented accomodation, if successful you only have two weeks after paying £300 holding deposit to move in and if you cant do that, potential to lose that holding deposit. Thanks but ,No thanks!!

GoogleHad a very lackluster viewing of a rather shoddy property from a representative that came across as completed disinterested, after taking time out from work for an arranged viewing that quite frankly felt like a complete waste of time.

FacebookAbsolutely brilliant landlords when renting.any issues with the house I stayed in was rectified Very quickly.their out of hours emergency number was great.i always had a response.also they were extremely helpful and easy to work with.for an easy let I would definitely recommend this company.after years of renting it was a relief that for once the property I moved into was very clean.this had never happened to me in 20 years.

GoogleI do not recommend!! Wasting the customer's time. Not professional, arrogant, and they lie, every time we called they provided different information. First, they waste time on applications, when you successfully pass references from the last (which was required) rented apartment, they do not recognize them. crooks and all that. If I could give no stars at all, I would.NegativeQuality

GoogleGave us appointment to see a house and we found out 10 min before the viewing that it was let agree because we went to take another look on the website. They never told it was let agreed and we were already out of the house. We came from another city.

GooglePoor experience. Letting Agent evaded our questions and then they shared my email address and everyone else's in an email sent to those who were not successful in renting the property. Massive privacy failure.
