Hi Fiona, We are sorry to hear that you're disappointed about missing out on this particular property, however as the acting agent we must follow the instructions of our Vendor. The property was extremely popular and received multiple proceedable offers following the initial viewings, which legally we must present. As you were not in a proceedable position yourself at this time, we took instruction from our vendor and the property was agreed to someone else.
