GoogleCalled to enquire about a property seen on Rightmove only to be told very bluntly that it was already rented. I did wonder this as the ad was listed back in January but it would be helpful if they could keep their ads up to date. Also the lady who answered the phone did not sound professional, with just an unenthusiastic "good morning" and no business name confirmation, and offered only short one word answers. Not encouraged to persue any other properties rented by them.

This is a review to confirm Kristian Muzzelle did an excellent job on behalf of Portico when he managed our 2 properties.The service had been very mixed up until he took over. In fact I would go so far as to say it had been woeful when the account was in the hands of some of his colleagues. However, he did a great job and i hope whoever takes over now continues the positive trend. Cheers.

They are so slow on helping tenants.They took 4 months to fix our blinds. We have reported water leaks in our house, never been fixed. Once they replaced our clothes washing machine with a broken second hand they need it to replace again after some cloths being damaged.AVOID THIS AGENCY!

TrustpilotAVOID - PORTICO DOES NOT HONOUR CONTRACT
Avoid using portico property at all costs. They are yet to return our deposit despite us moving out over a month ago and are now claiming that certain clauses in our signed tenancy agreement are ‘guidelines’ and that they do not have to honour their side of the contract. They will do anything to keep your money and are without doubt the worst estate agent I have ever had the misfortune of using. DO NOT USE PORTICO.

Dealing with them traumatized me and my family. They are very unprofessional. It was hectic two months for us. They have breached the contract, effectively rendering us homeless with our 1 year old baby. Never ever go to them.....

As an landlord who travels abroad frequently, it is very reassuring to be able to deal with Mia Walcott-McCormick @ Portico. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mia on several occasions over the past year for all manner of items, e.g. rental renewal, legal licensing for new housing regulations, general maintenance and repairs and it is an absolute pleasure. She is consistently prompt and professional in all communications, both verbal and written.

Christos Athanasiou in the Ilford branch was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping me find the right property to move in, and went above and beyond to help me anytime i reached out (even going so far as to work and help me out on a Sunday!) The whole process was clear, transparent and fair, something I'm not used to dealing with renting! a 5* experience through and through!
