GoogleI am a lawyer working for central government. My sister and I were selling a property in Gants Hill. We initially used another estate agent local to Ilford/Gants Hill. We came to Haart after speaking to Jaspal Rai. I was initially very sceptical as to whether Jas would be able to assist us and if she would be in any way better than our previous estate agents. The reason why I am taking the time out of my day to write this report is this. Jaspal and Haart exceeded our expectations! I was pleasantly surprised. They delivered on all the promises made, so much so that my sister and I commented that the subsequent sale was very smooth. I have not been paid or asked for this reference. But if you are having a problem with your existing estate agent in Ilford/Gants Hill, and you want an agency who are trustworthy, I hope you will find Jazz Rai and Haart as helpful, as professional and as nice as I did.

GoogleWorst agency I have ever come across... it’s been 3 months and I am still waiting for my deposit to come back.... now when you call them to ask about any update they are so rude.... last couple of times I called and asked for Adam... they lady would say he is not here I will ask him to call you back...: but no phone... we then decided to contact TDS... they are not even replying them... Will never ever deal with haart again..

GoogleMy partner and I booked a viewing with this branch for a property in Newbury Park. They informed us the booking was confirmed 24hrs prior to the date. We called the following day as no confirmation details had been sent and they said they would get back to us- they did not. We turned up at the viewing; as expected no show by the estate agent. We informed the sellers at the property of our experience and Haart seem quite content with losing serious buyers, especially when this property still remains on the market. 2nd poor customer service experience with Haart in all.

GoogleExcellent service from beginning to end Jazz and Team were faultless. They kept me informed along the way even out of hours, and managed to sell my property very quickly. When things got a bit difficult at the end (usual home selling/buying glitches) they worked non stop to sort the problem out and managed to stay with the original completion date.
