I would thoroughly recommend Haart Estate Agents in Ilford. I was very pleased with the advice and information given to me by Gero on our first meeting and was impressed with the professionalism shown throughout the whole sales process. I did not visit the office at all as everything was dealt with over phone and email. I was acting as an Executor to a relatives property and Gero and Raheel worked hard to gain a number of offers and subsequently an agreed sale at a good price. Raheel did an excellent job in communicating with Solicitors and the buyer and as there was no chain involved everything went through smoothly and in a very reasonable time scale. Very happy and grateful for the time and effort they put in to secure the sale and for keeping a check on the property whilst it was vacant. These guys did not disappoint!

We recently sold our home in Coventry Rd Ilford and purchased a beautiful home in Balfour Road Ilford. Hart Ilford are the best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Very honest, proactive and dynamic in the way they work. Gero the branch manger and all of his team are amazing! Jazz, Ridwan, Jagdeep, Raheel. We did our mortgage with Ahmed Chughtai who also works at Haart and helped make the whole process so easy. We also used haarts recommended solicitors who were also great. We have now settled in our new home and invited the whole haart team for dinner and have had a great evening. Thank you so much haart!!!! Started to look for a house and Raheel took on the challenge to help. Raheel took time to understand what we were looking for and during the early days when he advised the advertised house is not what I am looking for, he was always right.. goes to show he really listened to what I wanted. I saw a 5 bed property, which I was told was in good condition. It had a really strong smell of food, drawings on the wall and the cupboards were in a state/damp and looked like water damage. I made clear my budget at the beginning, yet Sadiq still insisted we view it. At the end, either out of embarrassment or something, he said it wouldn't be viable - it was a waste of time any way, Just want to say that you can't offer 'rubbish' and expect people to pay for it. Thats not how it works. He did say that they advised the landlord not to renovate as it should still get people to rent it in any case... Appalling. Genuinely. Please do not contact us regarding any of your properties.

I had an appointment with the agent. I waited for an hour and a half and he didn’t show up. I had a second appointment with the same agent and he sent someone else who had no clue about the apartments. She told me that there are a few one bedroom flats available and the day after when I called to let them know that I’m interested in a flat, they told me that all the flats had been rented out.

I cant believe how easy this has been, Gero and Raheel have been amazing. Selling my parents house was a very emotional experience, and they made it so straightforward and easy from start to finish. I had updates weekly, and Gero became my "councillor " when things were too much and I couldn't understand the solicitors jargon, even offering to go through things with me and help me scan documents if I needed. Altogether a brilliant service...…… I think I will miss them :)

THE WORST ESTATE AGENCY I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. I am a Landlord and have been paying a 6% monthly fee for a rent collection service, up until recently my tenant had stopped paying rent and I have had to pursue the tenant myself to claim back the deposit from the TDS scheme and apply to the small claims court for the rest of the money. Last week I was awarded the full deposit which had to be paid to Haart first before being passed on to me, upon receiving the deposit I realised it wasn’t the full amount so made a phone call to request the outstanding amount. Only to be told they are keeping 6% for rent collection service even though they haven’t collected the rent which is why I had to spend all my spare time chasing the tenants myself !! I then escalated the issue to a senior member of staff who told me it doesn’t matter whether they collect the rent or not and if I win the court case for the additional months rent they will invoice me for 6% of that money too !!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS !!!! DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!!!

Sold property through Gero and Jag at the Ilford branch, was on with a couple other agents who didn't come close to the experience I had with haart, they were a bit more expensive but they were worth every penny as I got a very good sale price in the end. I was kept updated every step of the way and given great advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend haart Ilford if you are looking for a professional estate agent that knows the area inside out. Give Jag or Gero a call now.

Recently sold my house through haart Ilford I had not bought or sold a house in over 20 years so was worried it would be very stressful and time consuming however once I met Jag he took on all the responsibility and found me a buyer very quickly at a price I was not expecting. Going through the sale we hit a few bumps but nothing was ever too much for Jag to handle and he would often deal with things on his day off and after hours I would have no problems in recommending Jag and the haart ilford team. A great professional, very hard working, responsive and honest. He was determined to make sure the whole process went smoothly from start to finish, and that’s exactly what we achieved. I was always kept up to date, and offered the best advice.
