Rizwan provided excellent service and support to purchase my flat. He always kept me updated on what I needed to know and assisted me whenever I needed. I definitely would use Haarts estate agent again and I’d always recommend Rizwan!

Gero, Jazz, Jag and Helen sold our family home on Wanstead Park Rd, which completed last week. We had owned the house for 42 years so it was a big move for us as a family. From initial valuation (Gero) to sales progression (Helen) and everything in between (Gero/Jag/Jazz), they proved to be a fantastic team, communicative and very professional throughout. We first got in touch with haart as it was local to the property and had good reviews plus it was more known to me than some of the other local agents. Our agent Jazz, came to do an initial valuation for probate/HMRC purposes. During this valuation, I was very impressed by Jazz's professionlism and also natural friendliness that made me warm to her. This helped sway me to choose haart to sell the property months later. It was listed fast, bulk viewings were booked immediately and we had an offer within days. Despite some delays along conveyancing process, Jazz managed the buyer well and kept things in motion. completed within 17 weeks of property listed and great value quote. I was very impressed with Jazz and her manner of presenting herself after seeing 2 other estate agents before, she came fully informed about the house, very professional and confident. Jazz stated she could sell the the house within a week and she did exactly that. She kept me informed regarding the progress of the sale step by step. I would definitely recommend her and Haart to family and friends.

We had been living in our house for 24 years so selling it was a big step for us. When Gero came to value the house we both felt he was trustworthy, he wasn’t all salesman like, which was a great relief. Once the house was on the market Jazz took over looking after us. Her communication was regular, so we were kept updated with viewings and offers. All telephone calls were backed up in writing with an email, she was very proficient. Once we had agreed the offer, Jazz worked with us and our solicitors (the ones they use in-house) to exchange and complete on a mutually agreeable date to both parties. She kept us and the buyer appraised with what was happening. All in all it was a very smooth process and took away most of the stresses associated with moving house. I would recommend Haart, Gero and Jazz. Thanks again for all your help.
