GoogleI was recommended to these guys and have to say, Jas and Sunny have been fantastic from start to finish on getting my property ready and rented out within 2 weeks! They know the market well and work at a fast pace, incredibly professional throughout the process and put any concern I had at ease. GoogleI was meant to receive a refund of my holding deposit which I paid for a flat that was not even available and I still haven’t received it. They are either short staffed or unprofessional because every time I try to call and speak to someone there’s no one at the phone. Pretending like they are super busy and have no time to respond promptly. Customer service is the worst. If anyone was looking to rent out 123, Felbrigge Road please stop wasting your time. The landlord is an absolute time waster and she a very unreliable woman. I’m only posting this review to make sure no one goes through the process of moving out and is left without a flat when you have all your stuff packed and ready to leave. There are quite a few professional agents out there make sure you make the right choice.

GoogleIf I could give this company 0 stars I would. We were completely mucked around by this agency, overcharged fees, and sold in to renting a flat when the owners of the flat were only looking for short term tenants. We clearly expressed we wanted a long term tenancy. Awful customer service, we are still waiting to hear back from them on various things that have gone wrong long after we have moved out from the flat we rented for 6 months. Do not use this agency. Look elsewhere.

GoogleWe decided we would like to sell our house and hopefully move into a bigger home in a better location ! We met with a few estate agents who came to value our home etc one of them was Jaz from Century21 Goodmayes and instantly we had a great vibe from him and we knew we wanted to go ahead with him especially with how fantastic his charges are in comparison to other estate agents who definitely do NOT give you the personal service you receive from Century21 ! He sorted absolutely everything and we basically did nothing .. he sold our house in two weeks and we are now happily enjoying our new family home ! Can not recommend Century21 enough. Thank you so much for everything!
