GoogleI cant even put into words how blessed i feel to have found this estate agent. I am from Somerset i tried to find a new home in london with all the other estate agents in the area before finding Century 21 goodmayes. Unfortunately, i found most of them to not be very helpful or kind. I was losing hope that i would be able to move and then i found these amazing people. Sunny helped me so much. He was there for me from the first moment i got in touch until i moved into my new home. He was not just a great professional, but also a friend i could turn to for anything to do with my move. I cant begin to tell you how amazing these people are. This is the best estate agency i have ever dealt with in my life. I couldn't have asked for more. I am extremely greatful from the bottom of my heart!!!! Highly recommended. 5 stars!

GoogleI was recommended to these guys and have to say, Jas and Sunny have been fantastic from start to finish on getting my property ready and rented out within 2 weeks! They know the market well and work at a fast pace, incredibly professional throughout the process and put any concern I had at ease. With this level of service I will be staying with them for some time.

GoogleI was meant to receive a refund of my holding deposit which I paid for a flat that was not even available and I still haven’t received it. They are either short staffed or unprofessional because every time I try to call and speak to someone there’s no one at the phone. Pretending like they are super busy and have no time to respond promptly. Customer service is the worst. If anyone was looking to rent out 123, Felbrigge Road please stop wasting your time. The landlord is an absolute time waster and she a very unreliable woman. I’m only posting this review to make sure no one goes through the process of moving out and is left without a flat when you have all your stuff packed and ready to leave. There are quite a few professional agents out there make sure you make the right choice.
