GoogleSelling my mumβs house at a distance which would ordinarily have made selling quite difficult. However the whole process was stress free, made easier by Claire & Robertβs attention to detail. Can thoroughly recommend.

GoogleThink twice about renting with Robert Watts their communication is very poor at best . We have recently finished a 6 year tenancy with Watts and have had to go in person to get an update on when the bond will be returned 3 weeks after vacating . During the tenancy the gas fire was condemned due to the chimney needing to be relined at this point we were told it was advertised with a fireplace not a fire even though we had been using the fire for two years and it was serviced yearly Last winter we waited two weeks for a boiler this time condemned by British Gas to be replaced . Watts are great i would imagine if you are a landlord but as a tennant you will have to fight for anything you need and they will stall hoping you will go away

GoogleWasted my time. I had a valuation appointment today. Waited for half hour but no one turned up. Rang their office a few times but there was no answer. Left voicemail for some one to get back to me but again NO call. I am a potential customer who may sell the house and let ROBERT WATTS sell it for me...! NOT Anymore !!!!! I shall NEVER call or USE them AGAIN. Very rude and disrespectful.

Robert Watts are fantastic Gill Spence and Lisa are both Fantastic and looked after me and the property perfectly. Would recommend 100%
