You hear about bad estate agents who don’t put enough work or effort into selling a property but I can honestly say Whitegates and Cheryl are doing all they can to get ours sold for us. They are promoting the house and are so quick at coming back to us with feedback and any queries we have. Successful sale

I gave Whitegates some pretty specific requirements of the type of buyers I would like to view my property, and they totally delivered. It was hassle free from beginning to end. They were always professional, cheerful and knowledgeable, no matter how many times I contacted them! From the beginning when I met Cheryl, then Chris who came to the house and finally Barbara who completed the sale I have no complaints. 7 viewers were booked in, 7 were shown around and 4 bid on the property, after just a couple of days! Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Very good viewing arrangements and staff

We are in the process of finding a house to buy, so have dealt with a number of estate agents so far.The Whitegates' team have been the most helpful and competent that we've met on our journey. The initial arrangements to view a property were sorted out quickly and efficiently and when we arrived to view, we were met by a chap called Chris, who was dressed smartly and knew the answers to our questions. It may not seem like much, but as buyers we are always surprised when we are met by staff looking scruffy or not having a clue about the property they are selling - in this case, the employee had clearly put in some effort, which is great!If we were selling, we'd certainly want to use Whitegates' as they seem to be the most professional agent in the area.

I viewed a number of properties with Whitegates. Although I found a property with another agent, only because it ticked the right boxes, the service I had from Whitegates as a potential buyer was excellent. A special thank you has to go to Cheryl. She was extremely helpful and even sent me texts instead of ringing me when she knew I was in meetings at work. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to buy a house through their Huyton office - absolutely not their fault - but the service was first class and Therefore I have no hesitation in recommending Whitegates.

I would not hesitate to recomment Whitegates

I initially chose Whitegates as I knew it was an established company with a good reputation. I was not disappointed. I do not live in Merseyside, but had to sell a house there. This can sometimes make things more complicated. None of it! All of the staff at Whitegates have been extremely helpful and have kept me notified every step of the way without me having to chase things up. Special mention for Barbara who is now overseeing the final stages of the sale, and from whom I have received sound support and advice. Quick, Efficent Sale

My house sale completed on Tuesday and I have to say I could not have done it without Whitegates. Nothing was ever too much for Barbara, Cheryl or Jane. Even the 10 times a day I called being the born worrier I am. Their advice was second to none just like their professionalism. Answered every enquire and worry I had and updated me very efficiently. They lovely, approachable, hard working girls even helped me with things they didn’t have too with this being my first sale of a property and going into it completely blind. Through putting my house on the market, having lots of interest and two buyers pull out (through issues of their own) Whitegates still managed to get me (a very panicked me, due to having an offer accepted next on our new home) a sale within 8 weeks. It may have been quicker in not for the solicitors haha. I’ll be sad that I won’t have any more dealings with Barbara as she was always so lovely to speak too as Cheryl and Jane. Take Care Girls. Keep doing what yous do best.
