I am so impressed with the service provided by the Whitegates team in particular ,Becky Flanagan and Jessica Turner Becky has been so informative keeping us updated every step of the way. Becky has excellent communication skills with an approachable professional manner. Jess was efficient and responsive ,spending time answering are enquiries and questions .Jess gave advice regarding the valuation and presenting the property. Thanks

GoogleFantastic support from Whitegates so far. Our property was placed on the market and sold the same day. Our first interaction with Whitegates was booking our valuation, Josh took the call and he has been our point of call throughout the sale so far and would just like to express the high level of service we have received so far, endless phone calls and regular updates have made this process run so smooth. I would always use this estate agents from now on and would recommend them to my friends and family members for anything property!

GoogleWe are at present purchasing a house for sale with Whitegates, the staff have always responded to queries very quickly. Amanda and Josh have replied to emails and phone calls very quickly and efficiently. Also sticking to Covid guidelines which is great to see. Ross who has now accompanied us on 2 viewings has amended his diary to help fit timings with ours. All in all a great friendly service ,which has made our experience of dealing with Whitegates a pleasant one.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleFantastic, form the get go the service was superb. Liam has been a total professional thought, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Weekly updates and reassurance form Liam is perfect, and relieved all the stresses that normally comes with selling a property. I will be using Whitegates in the future, but more importantly I will be seeking Liams services again, a total professional and a credit to Whitegates.

GoogleWe used Whitegates they are very poor We asked for a damp course to be dine in the property and the men the sent drilled a foot above the original damp course We had to get the job done again by proper professionals We had a lot of issues where we paid and the jobs were not done properly They use cowboys I advise you to not use Whitegates they take your money and use cowboysNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Gave great insight into the reasons for the valuation, and had clearly completed a lot of preparation before the meeting, looking at other sales in the area. Would highly recommend Whitegates Huyton based on my experience with James.

Liam was very helpful during the process of buying our first home. The communication was great and he was always happy to help. Living in a different part of the country and being on a lockdown was difficult but Liam tried his best to break down as many barriers as possible for us. We bought our home via Whitegates (Huyton), from start to finish they were completely professional. Every one of the agents we spoke to was helpful and friendly. We have to give Sam a special thank-you, she was absolutely amazing. We had a few bumps right at the very end of the purchase and she worked tirelessly to make sure the sale progressed. It was extremely stressful especially during the middle of a pandemic but she made sure to keep us updated and was just lovely. I would have no hesitation using Whitegates again in the future.
