Excellent service, highly recommend.

From calling to request a valuation in the first instance through to completion, Alpha-Move’s service has been knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, extremely helpful and all round excellent. Paul, Leah and Becky have all been great. Leah has taken the hassle out of needing to keep checking progress of the sale. I’ve been kept up to date at all times via email and message. Plus they are a local business to where we sold and know the market perfectly. We secured a price in line with expectations based on Paul’s guidance and the whole experience has been a very positive one in every aspect of their service. Would highly recommend Alpha-Move. Thank you very much!

The best Estate Agent I’ve ever known

I’ve just sold my property with Alpha-Move and honestly couldn’t fault them. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Leah was always on the ball with the correspondence and they were always there when we needed them.

Absolutely excellent!

Leah and Becky couldn't have been more helpful with my purchase. The process took a lot longer than anticipated due to issues with selling my new build and then the house I was buying went into probate and we then had to arrange the transfer of gifted land into my name, They kept in touch throughout, updating me regularly, phoning solicitors to chase and were just amazing. After 9 months we finally completed the purchase. When I finally met Leah on the day I collected the keys, we both said it was like finally meeting our best friend, we had both spoken so often! I would highly recommend Alpha-move, they definitely go above and beyond to move things along. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, but hopefully this will be my forever home at last!!

Everyone that work at Alpha move are efficient and always respond to any questions I had. They did what they said they would do and that was to sell my house quickly. I used them because they were a local company who knew the area. Well done and thank you. I would always recommend.

Can't recommend Alpha move enough. They have been so helpful after a stressful 7 months. Leah and Becky have gone above and beyond, chasing parts of the chain and my buyers solicitors. Between them they done more for me than my own solicitors some days! They get back to you when they say they will and don't leave you waiting for a call back for days on end. Thank you again to Leah and Becky for doing an amazing job.

As a landlord I have been with this agency for over a decade but recently that have failed to pay the rent I am due 4 times in the last 6 months. When I email about this, they completely ignore my messages. I have am reporting them to the property ombudsman! Landlords beware!

Fantastic service from start to finish.

We have just completed a sale and purchase with Alpha Move. We cannot recommend their services highly enough from the start Kelly our negotiator was in constant contact with us. Our first sale fell through and they were quick off the mark and our property sold again within two weeks. They are in constant contact with your solicitor to ensure that you complete as quickly as possible. We know people who sold at the same time as us who had used other agents and our experience was better by far.

Becky at Alpha Move helped us with the sale of our home from beginning to end. Becky organised and lead the viewings of our property, taking away the stress and hassle during this strange and difficult year, she kept us informed throughout the whole procedure and was always polite and professional

Perfect service.

Recently had the pleasure of Alpha-Move market my home. From a transactional point of view they moved quickly, valued higher than I had imagined as there fingers were on the market, which was fast changing. The sale itself super quick. The follow up service of expediting the sale allowed them to identify quickly problems with the buyer and had the property under offer from a second buyer within hours. This for me saved my sale and could have cost 3-6 weeks had they not been so proactive. Communications wise, they were in constant contact with me providing weekly progress updates and chasing solicitors and vendors continuously. Staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. All in all, I cannot see how the service provided could have been improved on. That good! I know of a few people personally who have used their services and all had similar experience so mine is typical. The usual “estate agent” tropes need not apply here.

Alpha Move helped me sell my late mother’s property which was my family home since birth. This should have been a really difficult time for me but they dealt with everything on my behalf which made things so much easier. I could not have asked for a better service from both Paul and Becky who I dealt with the sale for me. Nothing was too much trouble. They supported me massively with anything I needed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
