Paul came out and gave us an honest valuation and with good knowledge of the local market we were assured of a quick sale . House sold within 8 days and we were guided as to what constituted a realistic offer! Far more than we had hoped for. Difficult to know how much Covid affected but we felt communication was sometimes lacking .E.g as someone shielding a request for viewers to wear masks wasn’t conveyed . Never having sold before we were unsure of where the responsibility lay for various information( estate agent or solicitor ) Also we felt that all staff should have aware of the new regs regarding the requirement for the property to have an Electrical Safety Standard Certificate. We were knew the date completion was to take place but had to chase it up to find out what the procedure . We did get email updates but they were often as the result of a phone enquiry. Pleasant friendly staff . All things considered I would recommend Alpha Move and in fact have done so to a relative doing a similar thing in selling their parents home .

Apartment Purchase

I recently completed a purchase of an apartment listed by Alpha Move. They were superb with me during the whole process. Updating me weekly on any progress made small or big. And chasing relevant parties needed at times to move things along (was dealing with a management company slowing things down)

Alpha sold 3 properties for me and were very efficient, I handed over the keys and they dealt with all the viewings. I was particularly impressed with their database of potential buyers and were very proactive in getting a sale.

Would 100% recommend

Fab experience buying our first home with Becky from Alpha Move, couldn’t sing her praises enough. She made our experience as stress free as she possibly could. She answered all of our queries efficiently and made sure we were always kept in the loop at each stage of the lengthy process. We would definitely recommend Alpha Move to our friends and family.

Worked very quickly once consulted and provided a realistic price, based on three sources of research. Also provided assistance in prompting the Solicitors when they appeared to be dragging their feet.
