I recently completed a purchase of an apartment listed by Alpha Move. They were superb with me during the whole process. Updating me weekly on any progress made small or big. And chasing relevant parties needed at times to move things along (was dealing with a management company slowing things down) Becky and Leah were brilliant with me. Me and my daughter love our new home. Thank you both for your efforts, recurrences during stressful times and always being available when I had any queries! :-)

Selling was made easy & stress free by…

Selling was made easy & stress free by the staff at Alpha-Move. The valuation of our property was accurate, they also explained the issues that can arise should the the property be offered for sale at an inflated price as this can be requested by some vendors. We were kept informed at all stages of the process

House sale

We have just sold our house with Alpha move and the service we experienced from start to finish was exceptional. The owner has a vast knowledge of the local area and is very skilled in his ability to drive competition for sale in order to not only get the best price for your property but also the best buyer. The staff are also amazing. They are all friendly, approachable and pro-active.Becky was responsible for our sale and I can honestly say our sale would not have gone through so fast without her. She would continuously provide us with updates and would chase up the relevant people in order for our sale to progress as quickly as possible. She is an asset to the company. Would definitely use again and 100% recommend.

ALPHA ESTATE AGENTS - THE BEST ESTATE AGENTS I HAVE EVER USED !

I have been dealing in property for 46 years and have had many many dealings with estate agents.I initially contacted 3 different local estate agents but decided to instruct Alpha as they had what I thought was the best record of selling comparable properties in the same area . I felt strongly that the marketing of the property was both positive and dynamic .At all times during the sale process I was always kept informed of any developments .The communication by all staff that I dealt with at Alpha was always totally professional and first class .Due to difficult family circumstances Alpha acted very sensitively relaying all information and developments to all interested parties. I can not thank them enough for all their help with the difficult family situation. Many thanks to all staff at Alpha but especially Paul , Becky and Leah .I would feel 100% confident recommending Alpha to anyone buying or selling property .Kind regards,Alan.

We sold our house in December with Leah from Alpha Moves. Leah went above & beyond, she kept us up to date every step of the way, more than our solicitor! Paul's marketing strategy was amazing which is why the house sold 1st day. We had 13 viewings, 6 offers, 2 above asking price. Professional caring and great communication skills. Would recommend 💯 ++++ THANKYOU Leah & Paul 😊

Excellent service from Alpha-Move

Amazing service throughout the whole process. I was looked after primarily by Becky who kept me constantly updated via regular emails and phone calls about what was going on. When problems arose she was right on top of everything, chasing up and keeping pressure on solicitors etc to get matters resolved. There were inevitably a few delays and her attitude was always pragmatic and she just got on with sorting matters out to move things forward. She has an excellent blend of professionalism mixed with a friendly attitude. I would highly recommend Becky and all her colleagues at Apha-Move if you are looking for a top quality estate agent for your house move.

I would highly recommend their sales services …

I would highly recommend their sales service to anyone needing an excellent estate agent. I used Alpha Move to sell my parents house as I was executor of Dad's will. It was a stressful time for me, but right from the start, Paul put me at ease with his honesty and professional approach. The team were always helpful and efficient when contacted and Leah was especially excellent as my sales contact. The house sold within a week and contracts completed within 3 months. Thanks so much to everyone at Alpha-Move .

We chose Alpha Move as it was a local business, from the initial valuation from Paul to the outstanding service from Becky. Throughout Becky kept us informed, she helped us to obtain the energy efficiency certificate. We used Becky’s recommended solicitors Taylor Rose. Becky kept us updated on a weekly basis, Becky from start to finish was approachable, efficient and friendly I would highly recommend Alpha Move to anyone! 10/10

Buying a first home is a very emotional and exciting journey and you need the right people throughout, and this being my first time and with very little knowledge of how to go about things. I am really grateful to Becky from alpha-move for all her support, help and guidance throughout this journey. She has been immensely patient and quick to respond with my questions and requests. I highly recommend them to all. Once again Thank you Becky and alpha-move to help me make my dream come true. Best wishes Reetu

I have bought an house recently with my partner and Becky was the estate agent of the seller's house we bought. She was simply amazing from the start to the end. The house buying process can be very stressful but she kept me constantly updated and helped me a lot guiding me through out it. If I will need to sell my house a day, I know where to go. I highly recommend this estate agency, especially Becky that provided a great and professional service. Many thanks again from N&F

Best estate agent service we've ever received. Becky was a gem throughout the process, professional, level headed, guided us through the process without any fuss, and the main point to add is that she always contacted us when she said she would and kept us in the loop throughout, we never had to chase anything up - marvellous!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
