When my son first tried to move in they gave him the wrong keys, when he tried to go and get this put right the office was closed. Many phone calls from us and they begrudgingly opened the office so he could move in. Not great for a young student away from home for the first time. Service since has not been much better with almost non-existent communication and regular failure to respond.

We recently sold our Brighton house through Mishon Mackay Preston Park. The entire service from start to finish was AMAZING. We were selling our property whilst living overseas so it was essential for us to find an agent and an individual whom we could trust. Chelsea Lee at Mishon Mackay was fantastic. The valuation was realistic and she liaised professionally with the tenants in situ which was not an easy job. She even managed to deal with the very tricky managing agents of the rental who went out of their way to obstruct things. A Mishon MacKay colleague even went to collect the keys from Crawley as the managing agents were threatening exorbitant fees to post them. She communicated exceptionally well at every stage, inspected the property for us for insurance purposes and helped relatives collect things from the property in our absence. We are truly delighted with the service - not to mention the price achieved and the timescales adhered to. It really was the most stress free sale we have ever experienced, which considering we were doing it remotely was amazing. We would have no reservations at all in recommending Mishon MacKay, and Chelsea in particular for any property transaction.

I rented a property from Mission Mackay on an assured short-hold tenancy basis, and had no problems whatsoever with the service I received. The fees were reasonable. They handled all aspects of the tenancy professionally and effectively, they communicated with me efficiently and courteously, and the property was as advertised and met my expectations. They were extremely reasonable with me at the end of the tenancy, because due to a matter outside of my control I was delayed moving out, and they were extremely kind and reasonable towards me and I simply could not have asked for more, they refunded my deposit in full with no delay, not many places will do that. I would definitely rent from them again and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

They work with good platforms like GoodLord which makes life much easier having all documents and next steps in one place. They are also very responsive, I had a couple of things to sort out in the property after I moved in and always got a reply within hours.

Could not have been happier with this estate agent. All members of staff were exceptionally helpful, communicative, and polite. They went to a lot of effort to gather feedback after viewings and provide this to me quickly. It was a difficult sale with a longish chain, and they went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. It was a definite advantage that they work so well with their Hove branch who were involved further down the chain. I viewed a number of houses with this agent as well and was very impressed with their sales approach. The office was well manned and I never had trouble getting through to someone/receiving call backs. I could not fault them. I've had to deal with many estate agents and these were a league above the rest.
Thanks Sam, long chains really can be very challenging to manage and extremely stressful for all those involved, we are pleased that you felt supported through the process. It really does help if we are dealing with more than one of the properties in the chain as the communication lines remain completely open to get the job done. TrustpilotFollowing my last review there is still a complete lack of detail that works have been completed.
Following my last review of my daughter's uni accommodation and 18 days after collecting keys the house is still unliveable. We still haven't received confirmation that works are complete to eradicate the extreme mould, fix non working fire and carbon monoxide alarms, missing keys, locks. Cleaning has finally been scheduled.
We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with us. I have passed the comments on to the branch manager who will be in touch directly.
