GoogleVery professional Estate Agent with a strong coverage and good experience of the local housing market. Their Agents were very good at sifting potential offers and building a strong relationship with the best placed buyers. Their pricing advice for the house was realistic and their negotiation skills were strong in closing the sale. Communication with myself, the buyer and the solicitors was always timely and optimised the time from offer to completion.

GoogleThe lovely Charlotte and Chloe were great when my partner & I requested to view a property. They were super responsive, got all our questions answered promptly and were really supportive during the whole process as we were first time buyers. I had full trust in them which was wonderful as I've had a number of not-great Estate Agent experiences!

GoogleHad the Giraffe for 10 days and have done 5 scans so far. The first two were very overexposed but it was due to operator error. Samuel and tech support helped me adjust the the photos and tour and ai was very pleased. Yesterday I did one shoot with my normal camera and processed the images using my editor and a second set by AutoHDR.. I also did the shoot using the Giraffe. I was quite surprised to find the Giraffe photos looked the best as judged by three people. Giraffe continues to make updates so I am excited to see their progress. The support I received from Samuel has been amazing. Giraffe, give him a big raise!

GoogleWhat a horrendous company!! I've so far sent 4 requests (2 via right move and 2 directly through their website) to contact me for a viewing on a property in Shrivenham. As a cash buyer I am in a good position to purchase property, however they have not bothered to contact me! I'm sure the vendor would love to know about their utter incompetence to sell a property! I will avoid at all costs any property for sale with this joke of an estate agent, and will most definitely NEVER sell a property with them!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Burnetts and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jemima in particular went above and beyond to help ensure a smooth sale and kept us incredibly well informed throughout. The comparison with the Agents we were buying from was considerable and made us realise just what a good job they do and how they will go beyond the standard level of help. They kept communications going smoothly throughout with all parties, including our solicitors, to avoid unnecessary issues and dealt with the entire process, professionally and smoothly while very much keeping the personal touch. GoogleMe and my partner just purchased our first home, we had a lot of problems with our solicitors and delays etc during the process and Juliette from bacon and co was absolutely brilliant! She helped solve so many of our problems, was excellent at communicating with me and everyone else involved in the sale and I truly think she was the reason we got to the point of completion!
