GoogleI don't know why letting agents use this company. To even ask the simplest of questions cos the details are not on the website they ask people to send their credit report. I don't think anyone wants to do that if it's just to ask something before you want to even know if u want to view this place after knowing that information u seek. Absolutely horrible. I understand if it was after you want to view the property but before that to ask a question!? Absolute joke and abuse to have people's details. U don't even know if they sell your details or their t&C

Disappointing experience. One of the agents (Holly Watkins) lost interest as soon as she saw I was £3,500 under the eligibility criteria they use (30xrent per annum), even though I clearly stated on the questionnaire that I have savings and receive benefits. Despite this, she made no effort to help or offer any alternatives. Shortly after, I received a generic reply saying the landlord had accepted another offer. It felt very automated and impersonal, like ticking boxes rather than genuinely trying to assist someone looking for a home. I expected more professionalism and effort from a lettings agency, especially when dealing with families trying to secure stable housing.

Millie has been a huge support to us and is always only a phone call away for anything we may have needed. The team are friendly and professional and we are so pleased the move went smoothly. GoogleWe have been dealing with Ben at Thomas Morris for around 6 months now and his communication has been brilliant. We are still in the process of looking for a house having now secured a buyer through Thomas Morris with the help of Ben and the rest of the team. Ben in particular is very personable and is just ways a pleasure to deal with.
