We originally went with Oliver James because they valued our property 50k more than the other estate agent we had a valuation with! Viewed 2 rental properties with Oliver James, we believe we were the first to rang asked for viewing the moment we saw on just added lists, we was not booked the first slot of viewings. After viewed the property, we asked if anyone made an offer yet, they said no. So we made an offer to go a head with renting the property. Their respond was, they have to let everyone that was booked in to view it. Then will let us know the outcome. We saw the property we wanted was taken off as let agreed. And when we said we made the offer first and they come back as first come first served!

Purchased my first home through Oliver at Oliver James. Very helpful throughout the whole process, assisting us with questions on the property and being flexible for viewing times. Oliver was very punctual to all appointments and very friendly. I never had a problem contacting Oliver by phone or e-mail, very responsive to me when I had queries. Every step of the way I felt like they wanted me as a customer rather than a number on sales figure, with Oliver checking in regularly for updates whilst my solicitor was processing paperwork.
