After damage to our house which required us to move out, I was starting to feel like no one could help us (because of our ever faithful dog) After a weekend of trawling rightmove, meeting people who felt in acceptable to rent a single tent out in their garden for £5000 a month & letting agents who made me feel like Julie Roberts in Pretty Woman before she caned Richard Geres credit card, I walked into Oliver James. Immediately they made me feel like this wasn’t going to be a huge deal, they could help & I wouldn’t have to stay with a family member who will remain nameless! Within 10 days our family are sitting in a warm lovely house, stress free & that is all thanks to a team who have gone above and beyond with no stress on my part. All the insurance nonsense has been taken care of by the Oliver James team, which was a huge weight off my shoulders I can only describe them as a warm hug on a very cold, wet horrible day! I will be returning when we want to sell our house in a year or so. A credit to letting/estate agents!

OliverJames, in Huntingdon, have just completed the sale of my portfolio of residential properties in a series of individual transactions over the last few years to good effect - that is their paramount strength. Their focus on personal service is the critical-success-factor for choosing them as your estate agent. While in reality it is a team effort, their service delivery is driven by one-on-one dealings, often conversational, in a user-friendly manner throughout what is often a stressful highly-charged process: no passing you from one to the other, no long waits for email responses, no dissembling or excuses. This is an estate agent that uses technology to good effect but does not hide behind it nor believe that I.T. will ever out-perform honest, attentive, personal service.
