GoogleWe have had an excellent experience with Oliver James, we were by no means an easy sale with lots of bumps in the road however Oliver and the team were incredible, keeping us up to date, regular nagging of the chain and some excellent advice to support us as well. If you want to deal with a company who genuinely care about your home and the best for you, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Just found them awful to deal with. The referencing system they use has no personal contact. It doesn’t have an option to show your rent payments to date or your guarantors details or all of your income. However they will find it easy to take your deposit but difficult to give it back. Still waiting……

GoogleWe asked several agents to view our house and OJ priced it the highest and also offered the lowest charges. Unfortunately for them we settled with another agent who we had sold through before. I think as a result of this, a property we had bid on, was sold to another buyer without consulting us, we’d have offered more money! Ended up being a blessing in disguise as we got bigger and better. There should be 100% transparency throughout the process. I was very upset when I asked for an update to be told you’d sold the house else where.

I dealt mostly with Oliver and he was friendly, professional and listened to any worries or issues I had during the sale. Obviously buying a house is a very stressful experience but Oliver took the stress right out of it! He has the patience of a saint and goes above and beyond! I have no doubt that when it comes to us selling up and moving on we will definitely be doing it with Oliver James!
