GoogleWhen viewing a house in Dersingham I mentioned to their staff that I am planning to run a holiday accommodation. At no point said staff made us aware of the string of restrictive covenant the house came with, which only came to light just before exchange of contract. Wasted money and time with surveyors and solicitors.
