Prior to our viewing I called the office and spoke to Carole Laughton and explained our position. She was more than happy to listen and take on board our financial circumstances. Carole was able to contact the owner to establish if they would be flexible to an offer. This led to our viewing and a successful offer was made. She was a friend at the end of the phoneline, always available and super fast to respond to anything we needed! I don’t really know how she does it, to think of all the number of clients she must be managing and supporting, yet every time we spoke I felt like we were the only customers she was focused on and a priority. What a superhuman! The rest of the team we always wearing a smile and patient, willing to help. It’s not often you find this kind of spirit in business these days but Sowerbys really are the heart of the high street!

I am impressed by the way the property was presented by Sowerbys Estate agent in a well edited booklet with both print out version and online version, enabling the purchaser to have a clear and thorough idea of the property. Your sale representatives Ellie is very helpful and pleasant while Rebecca has closely followed the whole process of transaction through email communication while serving as an excellent communicator between the seller, the purchaser and solicitors from both parties, resulting in successful completion of the transaction in about three months' time.
