As we were running late the communication between all parties was great so everyone knew the situation and Carole was waiting to direct us in to the property which helped as the entrance was not obvious. Tour of the property was relaxed, informative and the follow up allowed us time without the hard sale pressure. We can highly recommend this professional service.
