Sowerbys Hunstanton reviews

Sowerbys are very much the go to Estate Agents in North-West Norfolk with their friendly, very professional service and hard work. The quality of photography on the sales particulars showed the property at its best. Rebecca was great in helping with her very thorough follow up after my sale was agreed, liaising between the buyer, both solicitors and myself and even taking the final meter readings on the day of completion. Nothing seemed too much trouble - highly recommended!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

We went into Sowerbys in Hunstanton looking for properties in Heacham, we were nicely greeted by Ellie who was very friendly and attentive to our enquiries. We left leaving Ellie to make us a couple of viewing appointments. She followed these up promptly and attended the viewings with us and answering any questions that we had. We are still searching and Ellie is sending any new properties that come onto the market and keeps in regular touch.

We are trying to relocate from Berkshire to Norfolk. Alison has been very helpful and informative about the area. The barn she showed us was amazing. I truly recommend this estate agency to anyone as they have a very good website and their brochures on the properties you view, are very professional too.

Carole has been very helpful, going above and beyond in the search for our new home. We could not decide between 2 properties for very different reasons. Carole managed to show us both properties back to back. With her helpful knowledge, and honesty to questions asked we were able to make a clear decision for the right property.

Carole from Sowerbys Hunstanton has been trying to help me find the right property to purchase. It's refreshing to talk to an agent who actually hears what you say and doesn't send you on a wild goose chase in the faint hope you'll buy something that's obviously unsuitable (I've wasted hours on these). I'm not there yet but have every faith that I'll find the home I need and love, with Carole's help, before too long.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Carole was wonderful with all aspects of my Holiday Home purchase. Various issues along the way with my mortgage and Carol kept myself and the seller informed. She was always available to take calls and responded promptly to all emails. She is a super asset to Sowerbys. Thank you so much. I would not hesitate to use this company again and can highly recommend them.

Sowerbys staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble and gave really helpful advice during and after viewings. Special mention to Alex as he has been fantastic and went above and beyond his job to help us but all staff was so helpful . If we ever sell we would definitely use Sowerby's in the future. Best agent I have ever dealt with.

Signed up with Sowerby’s mid 2023 and met with Ellie who showed me several properties. Ellie was extremely helpful and professional at all times and I was very pleased with the entire service I was given by this Estate Agents. Unfortunately, the property I finally secured came from elsewhere but I would encourage anyone to sign up with this company for buying or selling if you want a professional service that you can trust. Well Done. Graham Baker

Actually sold our house when it wasn't exactly on the market!.....long story but we had dealt with Alex re a valuation a few months prior to him having a query from a prospective client- he gave us a call with an opening sentence of " I know you're not really on the market but....." Not bad ay!. All staff in the "hunny" branch very friendly and professional. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Finding a buyer for this somewhat unique house, in need of modernisation, was never going to be straight forward. Teresa took on this task and made it a personal commitment, Always friendly and with good advice, she was a pleasure to talk to during her frequent updates. At the end of a long haul (some forty viewings), she has found the right buyer. I am very pleased the house will soon be a loved family home again. My sincere thanks to Teresa, Peter and all the team at Sowerbys Hunstanton. Andrew.

I can't recommend Sowerbys highly enough, from valuing our property to exchange of contracts. Carol is a superstar and a credit to there organisation. She went way above and beyond to see the sale through, even coming in on her day off! Sowerbys are by far (in my opinion) the best property agent in Hunstanton.

Have nothing but the highest of praise for this agency and particularly Carole Laughton who sourced us a property and was always available with knowledgeable advice. We were always welcomed in branch by a happy team, and our only regret is that we didn't use Sowerbys as our selling agent....but that's a different story!
