Had a viewing start of January and put in an offer - was accepted! Ellie and Alison managed the transaction between buyer and seller, without delay, great communication and managing of expectations. Really smooth professional service, complete within 12 weeks.

We recently purchased a bungalow through Sowerbys with Rebecca initially showing us around the property. She was then there to provide support from offer through to completion. She was only ever an email or phone call away. Would happily deal with Sowerbys again.PositiveProfessionalism

Thoroughly professional experience from start to finish - we've used Estate Agents several times and this has by far been the best that we've experienced. Rebecca, who deals with the agreed sales, needs special mention for her responsiveness and knowledge.PositiveQuality, Value

We recently purchased a house through the Sowerbys Hunstanton. We found Alison and Ellie to be both very helpful in liaising with the vendor, solicitors and surveyors to help us purchase our holiday home.

Sowerby's really worked hard to market our property. They were excellent at communicating the status to us and always returned our calls. We built up a very good relationship at the Hunstanton branch with several members of staff. Would thoroughly recommend them.
