A special thankyou to Steven for believing in our property and almost selling it back to us!! His kind words, gentle nature and extremely professional persona is everything you could ask for when approaching an estate agents at a very scary time! An even bigger thankyou to Emily, she managed our sale and purchase and what a ride we had! Nothing was too much for her and she went above and beyond expectations for my family to help us, endless phone calls, endless chasing, endless checking in on us to ensure we knew every detail, she kept us in the loop with everything. GoogleDo not enter with reeds Rains. My house is that damp I have slugs up my doors and living room, the timbers have gone in my kitchen and mud in drainage whenever it rains. The problems are endless. Inspected 4 times a year even though I pass with flying colours. I had to take annual leave from a very busy trauma ward at 2 days notice each time for theme to inspect the property. I also paid 3 lots of admin to update tenancy!! STAY AWAY FROM REEDSRAINS THEY ARE USELESS
Hello Christine, We are sorry for the problems that you have experienced. Reeds Rains are doing everything possible to get the works authorised but this consent has to come from the Landlord. I am aware that the contractor is trying to arrange an appointment so that he can provide a cost for fixing all the issues and then we will be seeking to get this authorised and carried out as quickly as possible. GoogleThis company is a rip off for landlords, they charge for letting they charge for rents and dven charge for tenants leaving, over £5000 a year if tenant leaves,nanda the insurance they offer instead of a deposit, means nothing, any damage us just fair ware and tear they say, my advice is do not touch them either with a barge pole, and do not expect anyone in the office to be of any help
