GoogleVery poor experience with renting out a property. Long periods of time trying to sort a very small maintenance issue. Nil response to complaints until chased several times. Responses very defensive. Did not follow tenancy contract instructions. Staff very rude when ringing branch with questions. Solution offered by branch manager that I would not be using them to sell property, despite them managing the rental of property was to offer a discount on sales cost. No apology or reassurance that issues would be looked into. Overall communication was very poor with customer experience obviously not being a priority

GoogleI have used Reeds Rains for both a property purchase and also there Lettings services. Lorna & Melanie have recently helped find a new tenant and they has been excellent along with the rest of their colleagues. I have been kept up to date every step of the way and it all been very easy and straight forward. GoogleI would like to thank Nicola Wright and Lorna Fieldson for there 1st class service, after looking at a couple of property I choose to look at to rent which was completely wrong for me, they listened to my feed back then showed me the property that was for me and made the process easy and fitted around my busy schedule. Has you can see I was happy with the move in move out completely different they will take you for every penny I know I left the property in better and cleaner condition then I moved in do not move into benbow house unless you want to live about a unhinged druggie

GoogleWe would recommend Reeds Rains to anyone that asks. Especially Nathan Gibson who dealt with us through our full situation. He was excellent throughout and helped us through the process from viewing to completion. He went above and beyond to enable us to move in and pushed our move quicker than the usual time frame to move. He moved goalposts to enable us to move in and without him we would not be in the property which we love. We have found the perfect house for our family and Nathan was the perfect agent to get this done. We would recommend Nathan and Reeds Rains as their sevice is second to none. Thank you Nathan.
