Put your trust in Beercocks!!

We have recently sold our property through Beercocks and are thrilled with their level of service and attention to detail. When Henry initially visited the property we discussed a great marketing strategy and felt confident with all of his ideas to bring to market. From day one we had viewings lined up prior to the property being listed on the market and after more than 20 viewings in a matter of days and numerous offers we sold the property 5% over our asking price! I could not reccomend Beercocks enough. If your looking for an honest agent that delivers exactly what they say they will then put your trust in the experts at Beercocks

Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Henry from Beercocks came and was the only person who came from numerous estate agents and made me and my partner comfortable, we felt as ease with him and trusted he would look after us and be able to help make a sale on our property. The service we received from the first valuation right through to our moving date was fantastic. If/ when I move in the future I will certainly be using Beercocks again, couldn't recommend them enough.

The Excellent Katie from Beercocks Kingswood

Katie from Beercocks Kingswood, has been excellent. She was professional throughout. She listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing advice and support. The real unique difference to other agents is she was always available working well beyond office hours as she really puts her heart and soul into her business. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.

Poor service at every turn

Beercocks arranged viewings without telling me, I had people turning up to their viewings at my house without my knowing, very awkward when answering the door. I had people stuck outside my house when they hadn’t told me they’d booked viewings. I bought and sold with them, my email was added to a long list of customers emails without the email addresses being hidden and after ringing up 3 times on moving day they didn’t bother to tell me the keys were ready.

My experience with Jack from Beercocks…

My experience with Jack from Beercocks was exceptionally positive. They provided personalized service, promptly communicated, and demonstrated transparency throughout the process. Their accurate valuations, and effective negotiation skills made my property journey seamless. I highly recommend Beercocks to anyone in Kingston Upon Hull’s property market.

Strongly recommend. I got nothing but premium services and honest pricing. Particular thanks to Danielle for ensuring my sale and purchase went ahead, despite the complexity of it all and a chain. Will recommend!!

Exceptional representation of my property…

As a self confessed ‘picky customer’ with high standards, I surprise myself that I have nothing but good to say about Beercocks! Henry has given us an exceptional experience from beginning to end! He had nothing but patience. Felt listened to, valued and respected as a customer! 10/10 for the photos, video and description. As a frequent house seller I would always now choose Beercocks!

Good experience

Good experience so far with Beercocks. Agents have been informative, patient and kept in touch at all stages of first time buying. I had a good experience viewing houses with them also, their agents were always on time or early.

Amazing service from beginning to end, had us in before the property went to market because we was working with them. Standout effort from Dean taking us around the house. Went on a lot of viewings and no one offered anywhere near the insight and advice Dean did. Absolute professional from beginning to end. Get this man to sell your house!
