Excellent service

Excellent, professional and friendly service from the start to finish of selling my late Fathers house. I was kept fully updated on all developments and all my questions and queries were promptly answered. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, including carrying out a couple of extra trips to my Dads house for me, which otherwise would have an entailed lengthy journeys for my home in Sheffield. Many thanks, hard to see how you could improve on the great service I recieved.

I can’t thank Beercocks enough

I can’t thank Beercocks enough! We sold our house within about 4 days before it had even gone online! They are super professional and very understanding. I have 3 month old and 2 dogs so as you can imagine having things organised and tidy was hard at times but beercocks understood all that and worked around what suited me. From Steven coming round at the beginning and to Georgia organising everything in and between it couldn’t of been easier and wouldn’t of been possible without them! I couldn’t recommend beercocks enough it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them! Communication has been amazing too, I’ve been kept up to date with everything and not had to chase a thing which was really important to me with leading such a busy life at the moment! Thank you so much for making this process so relaxed as possible!

I used Beercocks to sell my mums property, Steve Beercock initially came and told me what we needed to do to the property to make it more sellable which put extra value on the property which was a brilliant start as gained us extra value straight away due to his excellent knowledge! Belinda the branch manager was the lady who was organising everything for us and she was brilliant and very understanding and did everything she could to help and make life easy for us. The property sold within a week of been on the market as viewings was organised and done very quickly again which was brilliant and hassle free on our side. Once the sale was agreed they would send me properties to look at which met all our requirements we was searching for in our next property. We found perfect property after a month and Beercocks/Belinda arranged and did all negotiating and got us a fantastic deal and again totally hassle free for us. Brilliant company with fantastic staff would recommend to anyone and certainly will use them again. Beercocks best by country mile

So far Beercocks is easily the best Estate Agency I have used. All the staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Communication has, on the whole, been very good. Jo in particular has been superb at showing people round the house and her advice and support has been invaluable. The journey to the house being sold subject to contract has been excellent and I'm looking forward to a hopefully equally smooth journey to completion.

Belinda, at the Holderness Road branch, and Elaine, were unfailingly helpful, professional and responsive; ensuring a stress-free sale. Beercocks marketing materials are clear, comprehensive and attractive and they took time to make sure the photographs did justice to the property, making a second visit for the photographer when weather intervened on the first visit. They were ethical in their approach in a way that protects the best interests of both vendor and buyer.
