Beercocks have been thoroughly professional from the off. My property was valued realistically and competitively and the marketing materials were excellent. They quickly attracted viewings and Beercocks have secured us a suitable buyer within a couple of weeks. All staff members have been polite and professional and communications have been excellent. I can definitely recommend them!

The staff at Beverley Beercocks in my experience are superb; everything I would want from an estate agents. I chose them because Josh who answered the phone initially asked what I felt were relevant questions, responded promptly to arrange their valuer’s visit and also I felt confidence in the valuer’s knowledge of the local market. In the sale process Jane in the Beverley office has been professional, approachable and friendly. I have valued her knowledgeable support and the time she has given me to discuss options and make decisions I am happy with. I wholeheartedly recommend Beercocks Beverley from my recent experience.

Really disappointed with my experience, I found my dream house, put an offer in but unfortunately the seller went with a higher offer. I got a call a couple or so weeks later from the estate agent who shared the property may be going back on market unless my offer still stood, I was so excited as this was my dream house, I shared that my offer still stands. I then got an email from Beercocks congratulating me, my offer had been accepted and requesting documents as soon as possible, I sent these documents by the end of the day and contacted my solicitor to share the good news and finished my mortgage deal. I then get a call within the next 2 days telling me there may be a problem with the seller and they would get back to me as soon as they could. A couple of days after that the estate agent called me to share that the buyer is now waiting on the original buyers to resolve their issue. Its been nearly 3 weeks and still no update from estate agent. To have them contact me, raise my hopes, accept my offer, I send everything they want, then leave me like this for nearly 3 weeks with no update on what is going on. I think that is poor customer service and think it is rather cruel leaving people in limbo like this. On reflection, I know it is not the estate agent fault that the seller is playing with peoples lives like this but I feel it is not right to formally accept a persons offer, professionals are instructed to act, begin searches etc then your just cast aside by the seller, tighter more fairer rules on this need to be implemented.

I appreciate you taking the time to amend your review to state that it’s not our fault, with that in mind we feel a 2* review is still low but we will have to take on board what you have said and make sure next time, we prepare people more for the worst as a vendor can change their decision at any time and we can only do what’s requested by them as our client. Sorry you were unsuccessful this time and we will try our hardest to find your next home!

GoogleI sold my house Through Beercocks as i bought my previous house through them and had good service but this time on selling I was alityle disappointed as the marketing was good but the progression side was abit of a let down as for the money I paid I would have expected to be kept upto date on a weekly basis but i seemed to have had to chase all the time. The only time I got a call was when they were chasing keys for my buyer so i feel let down on that side

GoogleWe listed out house last year but did not manage to attract any buyers, we got feedback from the viewings we had and as a result I acted on the improvements needed to attract a buyer. We then got a call from Hazel about a month ago and she had said that they had a house coming on the market that she thinks would be perfect for us, and sure enough she was right, it was incredible. We listed ours immediately and we got interest straight away and had offers flying in, we got more than our asking price which meant that the estate agent fees were essentially free. We are soooo pleased and looking forward to moving into our forever home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I booked a valuation of one of my rented out properties through three estate agents one of them being Beercocks of Hedon.The delightful Georgina of Beercocks had organised the valuation within 10 min of me being in the office, and everything was done within a week. She gave me a courtesy call two weeks later to check on all the details I had received and if I was happy. Everything I asked of Georgina, she did in the timelines required. Unfortunately the other two companies let me down on various things... So thankyou Beercocks and thankyou Georgina.. Great job😊

Henry visited the house on Wednesday and advised on how we should market the property. Following his advice the details were sent to clients on Beecocks books, viewings were arranged over the Easter Bank Holiday. This led to 7 offers on the house and the sale was agreed on the Tuesday. Now just 7 weeks later we have completed. Both Jess and Danielle should be commended for their helpful and friendly service, keeping me informed and liaising with the buyer and the solicitors throughout. I would certainly use Beercocks again.

Unfortunately neither property was suitable and we didn't particularly like the area. Amy asked for more details of our particular requirements and did a search for more suitable properties.
