Excellent experience

The whole team from start to finish were excellent. They were friendly, approachable and were accommodating to every question I had throughout the whole process. They chased the solicitors and helped to push things along; they communicated this back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them as estate agents as buying through them proved to be a great experience.

I chose to use Beercocks to sell my property even though their fees were higher. I did this because from the onset, the professionalism, attitude and dedication to their work was incredible. I had other estate agents value my property but they didn’t come close to what Beercocks offer. I will use them again to sell my next property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very professional and friendly service

Very professional and friendly service. Arrived for the valuation and clearly informed us on the service on offer. Arrived to take photos and sold within the first few days. After sales service second to none and when the sale feel through due to the buyers leaving the country was back on sale and sold within the same day. Value for money and a professional service.

As a first time buyer

As a first time buyer, I didn’t know anything about buying a property or the processes involved, Elliott clearly explained the whole process to me, laying a lot of my questions to rest. He helped me source a great mortgage advisor, who then proceeded to assist with my purchase further.

The selling process went smoothly and we were kept up to date with any news/information throughout. Would highly recommend. Particular mentions to Alice and Danielle who dealt with the vast majority of the viewings/calls/queries and offers - both did a brilliant job.
