We recently purchased our house through Shelbourne Estates ( Part of Morris Homes) at their development in Hunsbury Grange, Northampton. Our experience from start to finish has been exceptional. Jess and Lynne have been excellent from reservation through to when we moved in and beyond. They are very friendly, informative and extremely supportive throughout the process to ensure everything went smoothly. We never felt pressurised which some experience with other developers. We had minor snags list which was looked at promptly and very professionally. The site manager Scott and his team has also been extremely supportive and continues to do so even we’ll after we’ve moved in. The site is also very well looked after and very tidy. We are also super impressed with the customer care team, who are responsive and make sure everything is addressed promptly. We genuinely feel like Shelbourne Estate truly care about their customers and quality of their work. This has been a wonderful surprise given our past experiences with a different “5 star” builder, which was far from satisfactory. We would not hesitate to recommend Shelbourne Estate to anyone.

I purchased a property at Hunsbury Grange with Shellbourne Estates just over a year ago. The whole experience from my first appointment to date has surpassed my expectations. Lynne and Jess were fantastic, they made the process from reserving my plot to exchanging easy and fairly stress free. Whilst it’s not my first time buying a house, it is the first time buying a new build and so there was a lot I wasn’t familiar with. They always answered any question no matter how stupid promptly and gave me regular updates on the progress of my house through the main stages. I was delighted with my house on moving in and Scott and the team made sure any snagging items were dealt with quickly and to a high standard. Since then I’ve had some small issues but again the customer care team have been great and very attentive to make sure all issues are dealt with as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Shellbourne Estates!

We've had excellent experience with Morris Homes at Upholland Gardens whilst buying our first home. Thank you Pam for your kindness, great help, highly professional advice and relaxed attitude. From the minute we stepped foot in the showroom to the day of completion Pam was there every step of the way to guide us through the process, update us accordingly and to answer any questions no matter how small.A big thank you also goes to Anthony the site manager. Since day one he has been nothing but helpful - providing first class customer service. All minor snags where completed in a timely fashion and he went above and beyond to make sure we where happy/ settled into our new home even once these snags where complete.

We are buying our second home with Morris at the Churchfields site in Standish. We cannot recommend or thank Julie enough for all her help with both purchases, she is an absolute star and goes above and beyond for anything you need. Julie has kept us updated at each step and is always super friendly / welcoming when going into the site office. Safe to say, she has made our experience so much easier!

Geeta was incredibly helpful and friendly when we came to look at the houses at The Willows. She was well informed and took the time to help us out even though we had just come for a walk in. She kept in contact and was very helpful even though we are still deciding on what location/house would works for us.

We have had the pleasure of buying a home through the Hunsbury Grange development in Npton. A decision against new build had already been made, until we visited the site. You are truly assured of a home with the Shelbourne finish, not just a shell. Coupled with the support of Jess & Lynne, who were nothing short of absolutely outstanding. They were on hand always, providing updates, chasing the chain, accommodating our several requests to visit our home. (As you always want to, when so excited.) Nothing ever felt like an inconvenience. Post completion, the site team, Scott & Ian went above & beyond to ensure any issues were immediately rectified. (Of which there were very few.) They even noticed a couple of minor faults and bought them to our attention, a true sign of customer excellence. Most would just hope we never saw it! And additional even a couple of calls from Shay, a director, just to check in on our experience.We are very grateful & very happy to have bought with Shelbourne!

We viewed a couple of different properties with Shelbourne Estates on their Hunsbury Grange site in Upton, before finally finding our dream home. Lynne and Jess in the office are an asset to the company. There was no pressure from them, they provided nothing but care and support, even before we reserved the house.There was a list of snags after we moved in, which was expected, they were all small issues probably more us being picky than anything, but they had no issues with anything on the list and sorted them within a timely manner.Scott the site manager has provided ongoing support since the day we moved in and he and his team were fantastic. Shelbourne genuinely care about their customers and the homes they are building. We would definitely buy again with them-but we won’t because we are now in our forever home!

We have recently had our home demo for our Morris home. We love the house and it had a professional finish, the house is a good size and in a lovely area. Everything was explained and all questions answered about the house for things such as the boiler, alarm, letting the house get ventilation, warranties etc. Thank you to Pam and Anthony. We have been kept up to date throughout the purchase of our new home and are happy with the service and would recommend to other people buying a new home.

This is the first time we have purchased a new build property and so glad we chose Morris !The process from start to finish has been very professional and any issues throughout have been addressed and resolved very quickly without hesitation.From the minute we walked into the showroom and dealt with Ali Bowyer , we were made to feel welcome, all of our questions (and there were a lot ) were all answered and things that we were told would happen , happened . There were no false promises as is often the case with sales people and we were very well advised with everything from plans to fitting out the house.I would also like to point out that along with Ali , the people we have dealt with , such as John Clarke & Richard (two of the site managers) have also gone over and above with their knowledge and advice and nothing has been too much trouble for either of them We would have no issue recommending Morris or the team @ The Beacons Houlton to anybody based upon our experience with them .Rob & Esther

We cannot fault the service we have recieved whilst buying our new home at hunsbury grange.Both Lynne and Jess were and are continuously helpful, easy to approach and professional. They have both answered all our questions both swiftly and professionally regardless of how silly our enquiries were and made our moving in process so easy seamless with the reassurance that they are there if we need anything. We've had minimal issues since moving in but those we've escalated have been dealt with in an efficiently manner by all the site team.

We were planning to put down an ‘off plan’ holding deposit for 3 bed house on a Shelbourne Estate site (part of the Morris Homes Group). The nearest site, which was already open, was Hunsbury Grange, Northampton. I contacted the sales person, Jess, to enquire if that particular house style was available for a viewing. It wasn’t one of the show houses, but there was one which was nearing completion. Jess liaised with the site manager to enable us to have a tour of the house, we were interested in. This was very helpful and Jess was very friendly and accommodating. She gave us plenty of time, showing us the finish options and show houses, bearing in mind that we were not buying on that site! We managed to reserve the house style we wanted at the other site. Thanks.

We recently brought a home with Shelbourne Estates and had a fantastic experience. Two employees who really made the difference were Jess and Lynne from the Hunsbury Grange team. From day one of enquiring about homes on this development Jess and Lynne were amazing and nothing was too much trouble they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for us. The show home was excellent and a great tour around the plot we were actually looking to buy. After consultation with Geeta we have not yet bought, but our experience so far has been great.

First of all, I've read all the conflicting horror stories about new builds, so, going into to our first ever new build property, we were a little nervous. Those nerves subsided very quickly, reason for that is Sandra in the Sales office. Sandra is amazing and very knowledgeable, she made us feel like we were in safe hands from the moment we walked in. 2 years later and I've simply no regrets. The house is amazing the neighbours are all lovely and the area is stunning. Sandra has also become very dear to us and we often stop to talk to her about anything and everything. We love this community and it's the house that brought us here.

Egerton Development - staff amazing and really go the extra mile . Sandra has been my main point of contact; she is very balanced and genuine, professional yet friendly and full of warmth . She always responds to any queries straight away and is extremely experienced and knowledgable. Victoria has provided cover at weekends and has been equally as helpful. These staff clearly have excellent communication channels as they provide a seamless service knowing exactly where everything us up to in terms of progress with the purchase of the property. All information has been relayed in plain English so on sign up for initial deposit i fully understood all details of the process . I cant thank these lovely staff enough!

Finally moved into our new home. This is our first experience of purchasing a 'New build' so wasn't sure what to expect.The journey here was only possible through the hard working efforts of the sales team, in particular Lizette who has continued to provide a really positive after care service following our move.The property was itself ready to move into, including all blinds and carpets fitted which were a blessing. Yes, there is snagging required but, nothing that we regard as insurmountable. In a relatively short space of time the site manager and his team have already attended to a number of issues speedily and satisfactorily. Love the house, love the location and looking forward to many years of happiness and enjoyment.
