We visited Shelbourne Estates, Houghton Grange on the off chance we could view the show home and available homes. Nicky Douse was very welcoming from the moment we walked in and went out of her way to personally show us around the homes on the development. Nicky answered all our questions and follow up emails very quickly and efficiently. Great job. thanks

I went into the development at Wintringham near St Neots. Even though I am not in a position to move yet the sales person Angela was fantastic. She made me feel welcome when others hadn't and gave me the time and information I needed. When the time comes that I will am ready to move this will be the place for me

Was initially interested in purchasing a property but only found out when I SPECIFICALLY asked, that their homes are sold as Leasehold. They DO NOT offer to tell you this or make it plain on their website/advertising.Selling stand-alone homes as Leasehold is just a scam, plain and simple, as it cannot possibly be justified.Hoping the HMG will finally outlaw this scam soon and put these scammers out of Business or at least make them slightly more honest.

Shelbourne Estate site (part of the Morris Homes Group) is a very good company to do business with, many thank to Jess and Lynne's support, right from beginning to the end they explained everything to me in detail. The property I bought is in Upton area of Northampton, after collecting the keys the both offered after sales advice. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We have just bought our first home from Morris Homes at their Trinity Gardens development in Loughborough and we couldn’t be more happier, the service we have received has been first class Jacqui and Maria have been brilliant, especially Jacqui as we dealt with her mostly. As I said this was our first home so we were nervous and didn’t know what to expect, Jacqui was there with us every step of the way from reservation to completion, any questions we had were answered by Jacqui and her team.

Never ever buy a leasehold Morris Homes. After buying four years ago I spent years fighting to stop this practise so now newhome owners can buy freehold. Those of us with leasehold are prisoners in our homes - we can't sell. Ground rent £300 a year that goes up every ten years. Service charges - to maintain a small play area/cut grass on edge of estate, that ANYONE can use, over £200 a year and increases with every year. That has to be unlawful. You can't make a change to your home without permission that costs - £100 to homeground to open your file and then it seems £100 a question - which often results in a no you can't do that as you are just a leaseholder. £200.000 and we can't make our homes as we want as we are just leaseholders. WAKE UP everyone as to what is going on. Who is going to change this? Government do not seem interested in the 100,000 homeowners in this trap. What happens when we can't afford, the ground rent and service charges but can't sell our homes? They can take our homes from us.

Went to see Morris Homes at Deerwood Fold Hilton today. Not a formal appointment but hubby said let's go and look as we've been looking for a new house whilst planning our house sale. Met at the site by Aimee who couldn't do enough for us. Lovely friendly young lady who made us very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Saw two houses and they were beautiful, just what we're looking for. A beautiful, huge kitchen that couldn't look better if we'd designed it ourselves. Generous lounge and bedrooms too. To be honest, the best we've seen and we've seen a large number of new houses in the area. Aimed took us through the stages of buying and made us feel valued customers despite us being only at an early stage of selling. We're hoping we can sell quickly and move into this lovely development in Hilton. Delighted with it all so far. Andrea and Stephen Charity
