I viewed a property at Morris Homes at Hugglescote. The homes have lovely bifold patio doors, the kitchen has good quality units. I would have loved to have bought it, but the house was out of my price range. I would definitely recommend you view the properties. Roger is extremely helpful and is happy to answer any questions.

We called in at the Princes Meadow Development at Kirkham today just off spec and even though we didn’t have an appointment Hannah was so welcoming and helpful . As she was in between appointments she fortunately had time to explain everything to us and we even managed to get a tour around the site . Excellent service .

We have been to see some beautiful houses (Morris was definitely miles in front) but one of the main reasons we came back is because Hannah was just incredible. Experience has been amazing start to finish so far and it’s made the whole journey so informative and exciting!

A genuinely pleasant experience, from viewing the plots and reserving our house, through to moving in day. Site Manager Richard is very helpful and dealt with the few snags we had within 48-72 hours. Jo on sales, helped me constantly chasing my sale up and on the day Fay was at the house ready for the news that completion had happened. We are loving our new house :-) THANKYOU

We reserved our house at Bartle Meadows two months before it was supposed to be ready and Morris delayed it each week by one week for four months, not once did they pick up the phone to let us know this was happening, they relied solely on us to chase them each week for an update. We thought that this ordeal was over when we moved in but in fact it was just the beginning, we had over 300 snags that were identified, one of theses involved 22 out of 24 windows being damaged, now nearly two and a half years later there are still over 100 left. We have had six different site managers over the last two years and we have had to start from the beginning with each one of them as there appears to be no handover or notes stored by Morris on the outstanding snags, Morris’s contracts manager Darren Simpson told the site manager not to prioritise our snags as they should be focused on building the rest of the site rather than dealing with us. In addition to this Morris managed to issue opposing deeds to us and our neighbours which caused needless tensions between us. It took Morris over two years before they rectified these issues. We have had to take countless days off work waiting for trades to show up to fix the outstanding snags and more often then not they don’t show up or show up with inadequate equipment to undertake the job. One of these events involved a roofer turning up to fix a broken roof tile without any ladders. I would strongly recommend you do not buy a house from Morris as they do not seem to care about their customer service, the quality of their workmanship nor the disruption this causes to you.

We moved into our Morris Home on Greenlakes Rise in April 2021. Nicky the Sales Advisor was helpful and always on hand throughout the buying process. As with all new build properties there has been the odd issue, i.e. nail pops, small cracks due to movement, windows needing adjusting. Morris Homes have been extremely efficient in resolving any issues, very happy to recommend.

We visited Morris Homes in Kineton and we had a brilliant time exploring the showhome, with a thought to securing our own new build in the future. Geeta from the marketing suite took us round and couldn’t have been more helpful or done enough to ensure we got the most out of our visit. The homes are beautiful and the customer service is excellent. We are at the start of our moving journey, having recently had our house valued, but this has given us plenty of food for thought.

My wife and I had a great experience when we visited the Morris Homes Willows development in Kineton Warwickshire recently. We happened to be passing the site on our first ever visit to Kineton and were fortunate to meet Geeta in the sales office. Although busy with other clients Geeta took the time to greet us and make an appointment for a viewing the following day.During the subsequent viewing Geeta demonstrated great kindness, attentiveness, patience and professionalism. All of our questions were answered as best as she was able and the explanations of our options to purchase were clear and understandable given that we had moved house for many years. I would certainly recommend Morris Homes and Geeta’s approach to house sales to family and friends.

My mother who is in her 80s lives by the construction site of Greenmount Manor in Bury. Despite calls to Morris Homes, she is now highly stressed by the construction practices in place at the site. I was not surprised to find that Morris Homes are not registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme. They seem to have no consideration for local residents and I would encourage anyone living in an area where they are planning construction to resist this.

I’d feel confident buying from and dealing with Morris due to the quality on show. It would have helped to have a show home on site (or nearby) for the house we specifically wanted, but we have still seen enough to be very impressed.

She explained far more to us than any one else had in the past, it was just a shame we decided the site was not right for us.

Our sales advisor, Lynne, was so helpful and extremely informative. We really loved the property but are currently not able to buy being first time buyers. If you were able to provide some kind of scheme for us youngsters desperate to get on the property ladder, that would be amazing! A special thank you though, goes out to Lynne who was able to answer all of our questions and guide us through this difficult process. We will definitely be back when we are in a better position to buy.

In the process of buying an apartment from Morris Homes at Hampton Water in Peterborough and so far we have had a great experience! Rob, our Sale Advisor, has been very helpful, friendly and professional from our very first meeting. We have been able to visit the property multiple times to measure up and to show family around to share this exciting time with them. Our plot is on the first phase which is almost complete and despite phase two being right next to it, our phase is beautifully kept, you'd almost not know you are on a building site. We are very excited to move into our new home and so far, would highly recommend Morris Homes to others!

I bought my first home on St Mary’s Park in Preston from Morris Homes and couldn’t be happier with the experience.Carol and Vic from the sales office went above and beyond from the start, helping me make all the right decisions and answering any questions I had. The show homes are immaculate and beautifully designed inside. I was the first person on my street to move in, so I’ve been living amongst the active construction. However, the builders are really courteous of the people who live here and they keep the site tidy, even cleaning all of the streets every Friday. The great experience doesn’t end after you move in, any issues were sorted out promptly and without fuss by Shaun, the site manager, and he went the extra mile to offer help with anything I needed.The Morris Customer Care team have also been outstanding and they respond quickly. For the few small things I’ve needed to go to them for, they’ve sent someone out next day or even same day if someone is on site. Overall I’m very happy with my Morris Home and would recommend them to anyone.
