GoogleWhat can I say my father died early last year and we have just sold his house using Martin Thornton Estate Agents. Martin himself came out and valued it, he was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. His staff dealt with everything else concerning the sale and everyone I personally dealt with during the process of selling the house was very polite and helpful. Would certainly use Martin and his team to sell our house in future.

GoogleI don't always write reviews, this agent got nothing to do with professionalism or respect. staff rude, unprofessional, Cocky and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. we viewed a property with them, we waited for someone to give us a call. but, nobody has or even bothered. we called them, they responded an aggressive manner with loud voice near to shouting. listen mate the property got sold yesterday and you should've called us earlier. She managed to keep it all together during the stressful final days to achieve a successful result. GoogleNever told us the address of the property when we turned up the estate agent went to let us in till we said. This is not the property I booked to look at so he rang the office to find out only to find out they have made a mistake the actual house was in another street. They did not show us around the owners did and the woman in the office was very rude and abrupt on phone she said it’s yours problem to ring for the address not our problem to let u no the address u should be at we also said u have not confirmed via e mail she called us a liar when we said u have not send an e mail.
