GoogleI have recently sold my property with Martin Thornton Estate Agents and I am 100% satisfied. The communication was great and everything was dealt with so smoothly, from booking a valuation, booking in for photos, getting viewings booked in (my house sold within 1 week) and all the rest until completion. The staff dealt with were always friendly over the phone or face to face when I dropped by the office. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them in future. GoogleElisha handled the sale of a bungalow for me recently. After a lengthy period of issues (due to probate) None of which were the fault of the agents, Elisha stuck with it to the end. After achieving well above asking price she stayed in constant contact with all parties & their representatives keeping the sale on board and everyone happy finally bringing the sale to successful completion after about five months hard work. Excellent Service, highly recommend! I have recently bought a house through Martin Thornton and would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent. All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Particular thanks has to go through Alesha who provided an outstanding service, constantly going out of her way to keep all parties up to date (taking on additional duties that you would expect your solicitor to do!). Without Alesha, this sale would not have gone through, I am so grateful for all of Alesha's perseverance to enable us to move into our 'forever home'

It feels like it was a bit of a roller coaster, dealing with several offers, the increase in Morgage rates making sale offers challenging, but we all got there in the end. I'm sure you deal with many challenges in this industry, but it was new to me, so thank you for guiding the ship home safely.
