GoogleAfter failing to get viewings due to my shift patterns Martin and Co worked around me and provided times for me to view. And on the first viewing it was a total success. Friendly and personal service. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleRude and completely incoherent evaluation, contrary to the market, when challenged rude and not able to back up evaluation. They are all about placing the home at the bottom end of the market so they can get easy sale and earn 1%. Avoid at all costs.

Dear Mr Ali, The gentleman that provided your property appraisal is an experienced Estate Agent of over 30 years who has sold 100's of properties in the region over his career. He has never received feedback of this nature. Our market appraisals use the most up to date information provided by the Office for National Statistics, the Bank of England, Land Registry and property portals. Your comment of placing property at the 'bottom end of the market' is completely unfounded and untrue. If you wish to discuss anything further, I would ask you write to our Huddersfield branch directly. I wish you the bets for your future Sir.

GoogleAn excellent firm, have dealt with many other estate agents all who have provided the same poor service however Martin & Co Hudds were a class apart & would thoroughly recommend them to others, excellent service, timely response to queries & correspondence.

GoogleI was really impressed by the service provided. The agent who showed us the house knew everything about it and was very helpful in answering follow up questions. Would highly recommend them as I haven't had as good an experience with many other agents.

Good Morning Adam, I do apologise that this happened. Unfortunately this is sometimes taken out of our hands if we receive instructions from a landlord we do have to act on it. We are happy to continue looking for suitable properties for you should you still require a property? Once again I apologise that the property had a let agreed on it prior to your viewing.
