GoogleI have been a tenant with Bramleys for approx. 6 years and they have always responded to my questions and concerns promptly. They are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance companies they use are professional and any repairs required have been performed quickly.

GoogleBeen left in the dark wondering whether the property is now for let or whether my application was successful. Rang Bramleys to find out as it was over a week since I handed my application in to be told I have to ring back on Tues to speak to the rental team. I chose the rental team directory when calling to speak to this woman. Surely she could have simply looked up the property I gave her on the computer and given me anything, whether there were no new notes or not or whether it was now let or not. There's several properties I could have applied for in the meantime that have now gone off the market. When looking to rent properties in future I'll be sure to avoid Bramleys, no communication with them whatsoever. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Good morning. I am sorry you felt we were not communicating with you. We were awaiting a response from the landlord after we submitted all applications to them last week, so couldn't provide you with a definitive answer. The lettings department was closed over the Bank Holiday weekend and the lady you spoke to does not have access to applications database as this is only accessible to the Lettings negotiators, therefore could not provide you with the information you required and quite correctly advised you it would be at least Tuesday before we would know anything further. The telephones to the Lettings department do divert to the weekend staff so they can deal with viewing requests etc. but they do not deal with confidential applications. If you would like to discuss this any further, please kindly contact our office and and ask to speak to the Lettings Manager. Bramleys

GoogleThe purchase of a new home is always a trying experience; however the sellers had chosen Bramleys estates agents to market and the sell their property. As an MD I was extremely sceptical at the input of estate agents based upon previous experiences! Bramleys were a complete revelation, they checked up on the process several times per month covering buyers, sellers and solicitors, and quite clearly knew the processes and procedures. Because of their efficiency and knowledge it was a smooth and trouble free process and the individuals concerned above all listened and the responded as required. A credit to their company and profession as I believe Bramleys "go above and beyond"

GoogleExceptional service from start to finish! We used the Smart Move scheme with Erris Homes for the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. Very professional company and nothing was too much trouble. Efficient, friendly and timely with emails and calls which made the sale and purchase easy in what is essentially a really stressful time. From start to finish the service was second to none and I couldn’t recommend them enough! They were accurate with our valuation, excellent communicators and sold our house within 24 hours of it being on the market. Bethany who dealt with the sale and purchase was fantastic! GoogleI recently applied to rent a property with Bramley's and feel I was treated no better than s common criminal. Michelle McCarthy delt with our enquiry and to say we became exaperated by her incompetence and poor communication skills is an under statement. The landlord always has the final decision on a prospective tenant and sometimes there is a delay as the they consider all aspects of an application before giving us their final decision. Samantha Saville dealt with our purchase and made things very easy for us, recommending and arranging solicitors and mortgage brokers etc. From our initial viewing in late April we had moved in by August. GoogleThis company has cost me serious money,Under valued my commercial property ,got things wrong in the valuation report and said the sale was plus vat at (£80k in vat)when it wasn’t, plus loads of other things, what a complete mistake it was for me instructing them in doing the valuation. I’ve now had to pay for another company to another valuation at around £1200 a time its not on - DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

They are pretty good at repairs and maintenance but unfortunately, they keep putting up the rent and my income is not going up to keep up with it as I am a pensioner and I have arthritis and other problems which is costing me more than the average person to cope with so this is causing me extreme anxiety, depression and worry. I am already having to cut down on food and heating costs. If things get worse I am wring to all the newspapers, MPs etc. Update: Recent roof leak, the guy said he would come back to put up an emergency covering but that never happened on Saturday, its Monday and still no cover. No answer to phone calls.
